  • At first she froze as he made a soft noise under her, face heating up with a totally ‘I’m so busted’ look on her face. However she instantly relaxed and giggled softly at his words. Rolling her eyes in amusement before kissing the tip of his nose “goof” she breathed before gently tumbling off him with a yawn and a stretch. “I’m not sure” she admitted, huddling into him for warmth and now able to better see and absorb the damage to her home. “Its not safe for me to stay here anymore… they know where I live and I’m frightened they will catch you here.. I don’t want to risk you or your safety” she murmured softly, hugging herself and still huddled against the male. Where should she even start with her home? Rescue what few belongings she could, she supposed and get Lance to set her up in a new home around this location. “Bye bye coffee shop.. moving will probably be a normality now..” she sighed downcast.

The male nodded slowly, bringing up a hand to silence the female at his side who had began to protest. “So long as the traitor, nor huntress ruins the plans we have in place. I will trust your judgement” he murmured, completely ignoring Blue. The female however looked like she wanted to shred the blue haired male.

  • Sterling snorted. "How are you endangering my safety?" He question with a small smile, wrapping his arm around her. "Aren't you the one who ended up tied to an Atlas war machine?" He chuckled and smiled at her.

Blue raised an eyebrow at the cat faunus. "Someone needs a chill pill...either that or it's that time of the month again." He nested grinning widely as Roman sighed and shook his head, walking away muttering about kids.

  • “You watch it mister” Enna giggled once again, eyes adoring as she gently poked him as if this was a frightening threat if he brought up her former predicament again. “You just have to be careful, I do worry about you” she admitted softly as she lightly messed with his unruly bed hair, gaze fond. “Or else, I’ll have to get you myself and give you pay back for worrying me” she threatened playfully.

“That’s it!” She shrieked as she lunged at the young man, furious, twin blades in her hands as she aimed to slash the male. Face bright red with fury and the subject he had dared bring up. Much like Torchwick, the leader of the faunus had backed off. It seemed both males were uncomfortable with the topic that had just been brought up.

  • Sterling rolled his eyes and smiled, placing a kiss on her forehead. "You'd have to catch me first, and I k ow quite a few annoying fast people." He chuckled before pouting. "Though one of them speaks Spanish and I'm sure the other one spends most of her time running from coyotes." He jested.

Blue sighed and blurred, reappearing a few feet out of the way shaking his head. "Look, they just cleaned the carpet, and I'm not sure anyone would be happy if I pa I Ted it red with fresh faunus blood..." Blue chastised though he drew his saber with a bored look on his face, by now Neo was watching with interest.

  • She blushed softly, closing her eyes and quivering slightly, completely accepting and savouring these rare intimate exchanges. What were they? Lying on the floor, nestled into each other amongst the devastation. Enemies and yet dinner dates and sleep overs? “Hmm I think I will still be able to catch you, maybe I’ll just never let go of you right now” she poked her tongue out. “Aww you’re so cute when you pout!” She teased.

“Listen, you little bratty kid! You don’t stand a chance!” She snarled, once again lunging to try and meet his blade with one of her own and slip the other under his guard.

  • Sterling smiled down at her before sighing. "I guess I'm going to have to choose soon right?" He asked gazing into her blue eyes, enjoying them for a few moments before glancing away, closing his own.

Blue sighed and once again blurred, appearing once again out of reach. "Last chance kitty kitty before I get the newspaper roll." He chastised, feeling multicolored eyes on his back as he did so. Blue tilted his head and touched a button on his saber, an electric hum filled the room.

  • Enna blinked in confusion “choose what?” She repeated softly. She smiled softly, nuzzling his jaw with a playful nip. She then got up “Shall I make us a bit of breakfast?” She offered softly. “If I can find anything in this mess” she added more to herself in a softer tone.

The Faunus woman would not take a hint as she continued to try and match his impossible speed, He had her running all over the joint. Anger and lack of discipline leaving her senseless and not at all much of an opponent.

  • "I think it might be my turn to cook." Sterling smiled, brushing off his weariness for a few moments, he of course knew he had to choose between Enna and his work eventually, this kind of thing just didn't work, and he doubted she would help them.

"Fine." Blue sighed and swung his saber in a large arc, he was actually hoping to make contact with her blade, if he did so he knew that the electricity alone could very well rend her unconscious. Blue was once again vaguely aware that he was being watched and judged, so this made this little squabble all that much better.

  • Enna didn’t want to come between him and his work, she didn’t want to put him at risk and he didn’t want whatever they had going to be a secret. She knew they couldn’t be much when they were on opposing sides and as much as she longed for this all to work. They were keeping secrets from each other, endangering each other and what if they had to come up against each other as enemies? Or they got discovered if they haven’t been already? So many cons with a very worthwhile pro, Sterling. She pushed it aside and smiled softly “oh? I hope you’re good at cooking then” she giggled.

Their blades did indeed meet, throwing her back, weapons clattering to the floor as she cried out from the electricity, falling to the floor semi-conscious as she groaned and snarled weakly. Yes, a pointless fight and a pointless faunus who was no where close to being a fighter.

  • Sterling grinned. "I gave Blue food poisoning for several months, and cured Neo of her temporary addiction to brownies real quickly." He bragged with a smug grin as if this were an accomplishment. "Though I'd like to think that I learned something from it." He gazed upwards, revelling in memory.

Blue sighed disappointed as he kicked the blades across the room, approaching the faunus slowly. Blue hadn't even gotten to use he semblance, nor had he been able to show off. "Pathetic." He yawned as he approached the faunus, slamming a boot onto her.

  • “I’m willing to take my chances” she giggled softly as she tapped him on the nose, amused by his stories. She took nose that she enjoyed him telling her these things. She took note of the facial expressions and everything that was the male who she was falling helplessly for.

The woman snarled again before blacking out, the leader glanced over at them “alright, that’s enough thanks” he yawned lightly. A bit sick of one of his own being kicked into the dirt. Ah how he hated humans with a passion.

  • Blue snorted and ground his foot deeper into the faunus at his feet. "Oh?" He asked and decided it might be better to release her. Blue removed his foot from her side but not before delivering a hard kick to the cat faunus' side.

Sterling grinned. "Best of luck to you then." He announced, he still did t want to move though as he was enjoying himself. "So, any predictions?" He chuckled making small talk in an attempt to lay down for a longer period of time.

  • “You really seem to be looking for a fight, don’t you?” He mused lightly, though knowing better than to fight the male as he shooed the female away to be tended to. “I would really rather you not do that” he sighed.

“Predictions?” She repeated in confusion “in regards to what? Us? The weather?” she mused lightly, not fussed to just stay where they were and relax for the morning. The later he moved, the longer she would have his company.

  • Blue snorted and shook his head before turning around and nearly falling over someone. When Blue got his bearings again he felt a quick punch to the eye, which and he cupped with remorse. "Sorry Neo.." He managed as the small girl huffed and dusted herself off. "Where have you been all day anyways?" He asked and watched as Neo shrugged and pointed to the tarp. "Ah...do you-" Blue was interrupted by a clap of hands. "Places people, the show is about to begin!" Roman shouted with a smile. "And I've heard it's killer!"

Sterling blinked and shook his head. "No, I'd figure that I can give you a little help with your job, to at least save a few lives before Fall comes." He said ominously and tilted his head. "So, kind of like a cold-hot came, the closer you are to the end goal, the warmer you get...sorry if it seems cryptic but I'm sure I've already pissed off quite a few people today by acting out of line..."

  • "Hmm, what is so special about Fall?" She mumbled, musing to herself. "Uh, you're gonna use those rockets to blow up big targets? Those machines are going to wreak havoc over the streets while you bring everyone to their knees. But why all the dust?" She pondered, her voice was so casual. As if she wasn't talking about the ultimate end of the world or at least for her side. She smiled softly, playfully pretended to nip the tip of his nose with a soft "rawr" giggling softly "but you know how tough and scary I am, I'll get right into the middle of it all and stop it" she poked her tongue out mischievously. Really she was right, whatever they planned. She would be in the middle of it all and their success would probably result in her end. Her stomach growled softly, sending a light blush over her features. "All this talk of world domination just makes me hungrier"

  • "Cold." Sterling sighed and shook his head before smiling sadly. "I'll get on it." He stated and pulled himself slowly to his feet before bumbling into the kitchen, stating blankly at the stove before go I g to work, cooking g what Enna had requested.

Blue remained behind the tarp, vaguely aware of Neo also being in the area as the meeting began. The meeting started with Roman being introduced and Blue watched as Neo walked out from behind the tarp to observe it. "I'll be the first to admit...humans are the worst!" Roman stated as Blue sighed and shook his head, checking his watch.

  • "Huh?? Cold?" The girl frowned now looking worried before it passed her features, sneaking up behind the male to wrap her arms in a hug from behind. Standing on her tiptoes to peek over his shoulder, playfully nuzzling the side of his head. "Oh I know! You're going to build an evil death ray that turns everyone into faunus" she giggled. Only he would ever see this softer side of her, her true side that wasn't allowed to exist within a huntress. "Mm nice choice for breakfast, lets just hope you don't kill it" she teased warmly, lightly leaning against the back of him and closing her eyes with a yawn. Just content to know he was there, to feel his warmth and feel the beat of his heart. Knowing he was making the two breakfast and that he made her feel so warm and complete inside, that he had the power to bring a smile to her face, one that was impossible to wipe from her lips.

  • "You wouldn't believe this, but you're actually a tad bit warmer." Sterling answeres and sighed contently when he felt her wrap her arms around him. "Well, it is what you asked for." He chuckled before shaking his head. "No promises." He repeated grinning as he continued to cook the food. Sterling blinked as his scroll rumbled in his pocket. "One moment..." He said withdrawing his scroll. Crime Alert the message read and Sterling opened it and skimmed over it before sighing heavily. "En, do you happen to have a Tv anywhere?"

Blue shook his head and peered out from behind the now revealed mech, listening to Roman's speech. It didn't take long for Blue's eyes to wander to two faunus near the front, a cat and a monkey...who Roman kept glancing at. Blue crossed the stage leaned over sideways slightly to whisper to Neo. "Do they look familiar?" He asked getting a shrug as a voice boomed for new recruits to come forwards. Blue then smiled slightly as Roman started towards them. "Well, hopefully Roman will know." Blue piped up receiving a silent sigh from Neo, signifying just how enthusiastic she was about this entire thing. "You look bored ice cream...what's up with you lately anyways, you seem...angry?" Blue questioned as Neo pouted and poked him in the arm hard. "I'm the problem?" He asked and watched as Neo facepalmed and shook her head. "That time of the- OW!" Blue yelled receiving a punch to the gut, from Neo whose cheeks now shone a bright color of red. "If I dare to ask, is it Sterling?" Blue questioned once more and felt his heart drop when Neo looked away. I should have seen something like this coming... He thought as Roman finished his approach. "What the h3ll are you two slackers up to anyways? We have a security breach!" He chastised and pointed over his shoulder as the lights went out with a bang. Will my day ever end... Blue sighed as he heard shouting and the powering up of a mech followed by an explosion. Nope...

  • Confusion wasn’t hard to find on the huntress’ face as she smiled gently, adoring the little shortened version of her name that he had given her. Softly pressing a kiss to his cheek “yeah, I’ll turn it up so we can listen to it in here, but if you want to watch it I can take over?” Not questioning him or pushing him to tell her what was on his scroll. “Breakfast is looking wonderful so far” she giggled. Pulling away as she stepped into her lounge room that was mostly joined onto the kitchen and pressing the on switch on the remote. Flicking to the news since she assumed that was what he wanted.

A thought occurred to her as she thought silently, she couldn’t help but ask. “So what’s going on between you and, Neo, was it?” She asked, trying to keep her voice light as she wandered over to him. She knew they spent a lot of time together and she hadn’t missed the happiness she appeared to display around him especially in her spying times. She also reflected on her mood change when it shifted to herself and Sterling and her heated looks. She giggled then slightly, reflecting on their first meeting “sorry for turning you into a popsicle. But you were too cute not to get a good look at and then you were just still too cute to kill” she poked her tongue out at him, once again wrapping her arms around him. Who knew what they were. She certainly didn’t, she supposed she had no right to ask her earlier question. “Also, I still need my pay back for the whole train fiasco, don’t think that dinner saved your butt” she teased in his ear.

  • Sterling instantly heard an explosion and the whine of a car's horn, which he could only assume meant that the paladin had in fact just hurled the automobile through the air. Torchwick... Sterling instantly knew it was Roman, who else would charge through the streets at this time of day? Sterling handed Enna his scroll in the event she wanted to watch what was going on before returning to the food before hearing her question about Neo. "Honestly nothing, we were friends and Blue would have flayed me alive if we had become more then that." He chuckled before sighing. "Though she always kind of...I don't know." Sterling seemed kind of flabbergasted about the whole thing. Sterling chuckled before sighing. "You might just get to return the favor, my employer loves trains." He answered with a sheepish smile.

Blue peered through the fresh holes before glancing at Neo, catching her gaze as the two just now recognized what was going on. "I'll get the bulkhead, you make sure he doesn't kill himself.." Blue sighed and headed off in the direction of the hanger, not waiting for Neo's response. He was awfully distraught about the conversation he'd had previously with Neo, if that's what it could be called. Sterling seemed to have all the luck. Blue also realized however that he was in no shape for combat, his semblance had long ago run out of fuel, no caffeine, no light speed as he called it which made him vulnerable hence his desire to stay out of the fighting. Bullheads on the left ..Wait why is my vision blurry? Blue thought blankly as he lifted a finger to his eye and brushed away a tear. Am I...crying? Blue hadn't cried in years. "No my eyes are watering." He reassured himself as he reached the hanger. Unbeknownst to him two multicolored eyes had watched him leave in confusion. What's his problem?
