History:
(Paige was born in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. She grew up riding dressage and when she turned 10, was introduced to show jumping. As of 16, she schools Grand Prix heights.A for her personal history, she hasn't has a horse until she got Waldo at 13. She taught him everything he knows, aside from breaking him in, she trained him by herself.)

(Waldo is a sweet horse. He will snuggle with Paige in his stall. She taught him to lie down and let her get on his back and then stand up, and he does it carefully. But in the show ring, he's going 80 miles an our and making sure he swipes that blue ribbon straight from everyone's hands. Jumping is his life, even if he was breed for dressage.)
History:
(Waldo was bred for dressage the same year Paige started jumping. At 3, they discovered that he wasn't the greatest horse for dressage and sold him to Paige's mom, who gave him to Paige. She trained his to be a jumper and complete roll backs with 4 foot fences with ease. He personally think he should be an eventer, but Paige isn't good at dressage, though sometimes Paige will go school cross country for kicks.)

(During a first meeting, Sam will probably come off as quite shy and reserved, however with people he is comfortable with, he can be exactly the opposite. Around his good friends he can be veru outgoing and friendly. Even if a little shy around strangers, he still loves to help and will be happy to do whatever he can for others. History:
(Sam comes from a generally horsey background, his father being a showjumper and his mother a dressage rider. He'd ridden ever since he was a baby, but only began to take it seriously around the age of six, when he got his first pony. He tried out dressage but found it too slow, and instead took a liking to jumping. From there, he's carried on to improve and prosper.)

History:

(Lyra is, at first glance, what one would call an introvert. She shies away from the company of people; ducks her head, avoids gazes, takes another path. Get in close and she's fidgety and nervous, watch from afar and she's awkward and self-conscious. Around horses, she becomes calm, and level-headed. She has patience and kind words for the creatures, rarely shared among fellow people unless they come to know her. She's clever and quiet, but notices the details others do not, a skill that improved her riding in many ways.
Her downside is that she can be a pessimist of sorts. She worries about large fences and tight turns and tough combinations and strides, blocking off the natural flow of the ride and often ending up in demolished fences. It's a flaw she's working on, but inside she's stubborn and doesn't want to face that oxer with all her heart. It can prevent her from moving to the next level, but with encouragement she can.)
History:
(Lyra's family are all in the equestrian business. Her father, Maxwell, a former eventer, has retired to breeding and training his own horses to sell for good money. Merida handles the money side of things; while Lyra and Leo were pushed to become the 'stars' of the family. Leo, following in his father's steps, trained for eventing, while Lyra found cross country too daunting and dressage to slow and focused on show-jumping.)

(Freedom was born and reared by Lyra's father. She was born to one of his own old showjumpers, so there was great excitement for her arrival. She was put into Lyra's care when the dam colicked and died, but with careful handling and training, she emerged a confident mare. As her parentage promised, she proved herself a worthy jumper, to Lyra's preference.)
