    as one, tarnclan proves to be a group worthy of admiration and awe.[/fancypost][/fancypost][/fancypost]    		 [fancypost bgcolor=#1A1A1A; border: none; width: 240px; height: 200px; padding: 10px; overflow: hidden;][fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 250px; height: 200px; padding: 0px; padding-right: 27px; overflow: auto][fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 225px; min-height: 200px; padding: 0px; font-size: 10px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; color: #e6e6e6; font-family: verdana]as suggested by the name, tarnclan occupies a range of land located somewhere among mountains, which then proves to be a somewhat deep and wide valley. within the northern most part of the valley's heart, is a lake to which flows several shallow but strong streams. the lake is populated mostly by fish and turtles and with these animals grow reeds and the typical aquatic plants and herbs. because of it's large size, this lake happens to be a place often hunted and swam in. one more, because of it's popularity, the lake itself is known as the Feasting Pool.




    in nearly every other place that isn't home to rocky ground or sandy soil, grow pine trees, spruces, and tall and thick grass. berry bushes and patches of flowers are not uncommon, and with these two often features are groves of redwoods or birch trees. one particularly large grove of redwoods is where tarnclan's camp is located, and another grove of birch trees is where apprentices are often trained. tarn clan's camp happens to be a shallow, narrow, and lengthy gash in the ground. seemingly sprouting from the lush grass on one side of the campsite is a wide, towering boulder, dressed in vines and layers of moss. below it is a circle of thick shrubs, and beneath one of these shrubs is a den large enough to house four full grown warriors. this is the leader's den.




    to the right of boulder is another den, which is wide and home to a clean pool of water lit by the hole in the somewhat rocky ceiling above it. on one of the rocky walls are numerous gashes in which herbs and the like are stored. most likely already assumed, this is the medicine cat's den. because of it's size, many cats are capable of staying within it. additionally, the entrance to the den is covered by a screen spanish moss.




    the warriors' den is the closest to the entrance of camp, and is the largest out of each of the six within it. the lush grass from the outside grows within it, and is undoubtedly capable of keeping the cats of tarnclan warm and comfortable. the apprentice's den is directly beside it, is much smaller, and houses ferns in addition to thick grass. besides it is the dim elder's den, and finally the warm nursery— the closest den to the medicine cat's, and the one with the smallest entrance.




    lastly, a bit ways from the thorn bush lined camp is the moonpool, which is hidden from view by healthy flora. here, in the clean and clear water is an invisible force capable of contacting starclan.[/fancypost][/fancypost][/fancypost]

    — remain active, especially if your character is a high-ranking member of the clan. one week of inactivity without a warning beforehand will result in the death of your character. the only reason an unwarned stretch of inactivity will be fine is if several other players are inactive to the point that the roleplay falls to move forward.
    — post more than three sentences, but don't feel push to post a whole book! long posts are good, but don't expect people to respond to six paragraphs with a post of an equal length. with this, please make sure your punctuation and grammar is correct! but all of that doesn't really matter for ooc posts, because in all honesty, i don't much care!
    — keep the roleplay appropriate. non-descriptive gore is fine and swears from the warriors series is fine. anything bigger than that must be avoided or fade in and out of. i think you know what the latter applies to.
    — if you've read all the rules so far, put a description of your character as a human in the other section of your form.
    — make sure your characters are mostly realistic when it comes to their appearance and skills! additionally, remember that your characters' names should be traditional and that lgbt+ are encourage and slightly more preferred! be unique and creative!
    — plots with other characters are encouraged, but don't make them too dramatic. whether it be a romantic plot or just one to grow a friendship with another cat, try and do it!

    How does this character deal with or react to:
    • Anger: she's fairly hard to upset, but when angered her eyes slightly cross
    • Sadness: there was a time when moni was plagued in constant misery, now she hides it all behind a wall
    • Conflict/Danger: she's quick to save and protect, sometimes her thinking can be irrational, quick because... no one's perfect!
    • Rejection: she hides her emotions behind a thick barrier around the loose ties of love
    • Fear: she'll be mentally doomed to think about it... personally.
    • Change: monarchwind could try it but she'd be very awkward and stiff
    • Loss: if it happened, she'd be a bit shell-shocked by it and maybe... be a new cat.
    • Flirting: sometimes she does realize how she teases males, in a way it's a habit
    • Pain: built on the block of determination, windy doesn't feel pain till she rests
    • Stress: eek. mentally she's always stressed about something!
    • Peer Pressure: she doesn't know if she faces this much. she has her own mindset.
    • Guilt: if it's one thing that weakens monarchwind it has to be guilt, only because she dislikes dishonesty and can't handle the weight of the wrong doing.
    • Being Wrong: everyone's wrong, this she understands.
    • Being Criticized: everyone has their own opinion, unless it has its facts she won't speak against it.
    • Praise: pride has always been something her mother's asked to tone down, but butterfly can't help the reaction to the acknowledgement
    • Love: she can be closed off, but then fully committed. if she finds a respectful tom, sure, but she's hesitant on the emotion in general
    • Being Hated: not everyone is going to like her, but in a sense monarch is a person-pleasure. in this case, feline-pleasure
    • Humiliation: it'll be embarrassing, but in the end she'll find a way to laugh it off too.

    there isn't much to say about pebblepaw, although as a kit he was the smallest out of the litter of three, him and his two sisters, dustkit and lilykit. dustkit was stillborn, and lilykit died about a quarter-moon after birth, leaving him as the only kit for his ill mother to look after. surprisingly, he survived to become an apprentice, about the time his mother passed. pebblepaw chose to become a medicine cat apprentice, because he doesn't want anyone to die like his mother and siblings.

    • Anger: Bouldermist is passive aggressive. He tends to keep all of his anger bottled up so he can deal with it later.
    • Sadness: Has to be in a quiet, calm place to be able to deal with it. If anyone questions why he looks sad, he keep telling them he's fine until he can't take it anymore. Even then you have to be a close friend or family member to get him to be completely honest about it.
    • Conflict/Danger: Tries to face it with other cats around to help. Other times he just kinda stands there not knowing what to do
    • Rejection: Of course Bouldermist would be sad, that's the cat he loves. They'll fall for some other cat, and he's going to have to watch that happen.

    Brief History —
    At a very young age, Boulder was given to his uncle Shard. His dad was a single father, and did not like kits. He had promised Shard he would come back for him, but never did. He always knew his brother was a liar.
    Now stuck with his Nephew, he really didn't raise him all that well, since he wasn't experienced in this kind of thing. Shard ended up being a bit aggressive towards Boulder, because, well, that was just him.
    Eventually when he was old enough, He had ran away from Shard, afraid of what he would do if his aggression escalated. Boulder ran into Tarnclan's territory, becoming Boulderpaw after a few days of proving himself to them.
    Bouldermist kept on working hard in Tarnclan, and hasn't stopped doing so.

    Brief Personality Description —
    Briarmuzzle is tough on the outside, but very sensitive on the inside. She wants to seem cool to others, she wants to please others. Although this has often led her to hurt herself and her friends. Even so, she is very spunky and naive, goofy. She tries to make everyone laugh. She loves attention, and gets jealous when she doesn't receive it.
    Briarmuzzle got her name because... well her muzzle is like a briar! She comes back as quick as she can when someone offends her. Although, it doesn't go so well and she ends up hiding in shame.
    One of Briarmuzzle's biggest fear is being alone. She fears it. She is afraid, that if she is alone, she won't survive. She fears death. Although, she still likes her quiet time.
    She is easily tricked, and many may take advantage of that. She is very snarky herself though, and sarcastic. This ends in making somebody mad. She is very bull-headed though and always wants to have the last word.
    She loves to have fun, and can often be seen play fighting with apprentices. Sometimes she doesn't realize her strength and hurts someone. She says sorry and doesn't play until they ask again.
    All in all, Briarmuzzle is the snarky, fun-loving, grown kit of the clan.

    Brief History —
    Kithood - Born on a cold night, Briarkit was the last to survive. She was named Briarkit because she was always spitting a mewling.
    Apprenticeship - Briarpaw by now had grown into being very bull-headed and sarcastic. This forced her to... well have extra chores. She quickly grew out of that.

    Brief Personality Description —
    Due to the heavy rejection and discrimination she faced in her time as a kit, Mothflutter developed a reserved and stoic personality, sprouting from her fear of provaction and rejection, only opening up to others she is close to. This stoicism can sometimes cause her to hurt others' feelings without meaning to, though via bluntness rather than naiveté, as she is not afraid of telling someone what she thinks of them.




    When she does open up, she proves to have quite the mischievous side, such as teasing clanmates by scaring them with ghost stories. Despite that, however, she is never cruel, and tries to help those she criticizes overcome a flaw or problem by pointing it out to them.




    Although she can get slightly emotional at times, Mothflutter is kindhearted and surprisingly knowledgeable about many things, some of which others would not know about. Normally neat and tidy, she has the worst cases of bad fur in the Clan and is a restless sleeper. She also has a weakness for cute things and enjoys telling scary stories

    Brief History —
    Born within the Clan, she grew up alongside her parents, Oakwhisker and Mosspond. Her mother, Mosspond, was a well-known poet amongst the Clans, while her father, Oakwhisker, was known as a valiant and courageous fighter. Her brother, Crowpelt, had hated her since the moment she was born. He often labelled her as weak, anti-social, and further down the track, a coward (because of an anxiety disorder that developed when she was an apprentice). Of course, in her heart, she never knew that an anxiety disorder would arrive on the horizon, and it often interrupted apprenticing sessions, Clan gatherings, and meetings.




    But, she was strong and overcame the anxiety disorder. She was renowned as one of the swiftest cats in her Clan, and that built a strong and healthy courage in her. She is very loving, caring and sympathetic toward her Clan and is very loyal toward them, but her kindness can sometimes shift to other Clans a little too much, thus questioning her loyalty sometimes.




    Other than that, she just like any other medicine cat, she devote to StarClan and loves the night sky. She adores feathers of any kind, collecting rocks and sometimes even gemstones, prey bones, and like her mother, she has a love for poetry.

    Mothflutter quietly walked up to the lake. Achingly, she sank to her knees and placed her hands in the cold water, washing off the blood that stained her pale white skin. As the color faded from her hands and spread across the lake, Mothflutter found herself staring into her own reflection. She was an outright mess, her hair was all over the place, her eyes couldn’t mannerly stay open, and the dark bags under her eyes made her appear as she didn’t get any sleep, which was somewhat true for the most part.
