    The girl was scared by the sound and quickly got up to see what happened.
    She was shocked as she looked at the damage from inside then she went outside, getting completely soaked as she looked at the house.
    "D*mn it, it'll take forever to fix and my books will be completely ruined with all this rain getting in..." She mumbled to herself crossing her arms as she stood there in the rain.

    Ender came back outside and walked over to where the girl was, tapping her on the shoulder and giving a slightly concerned look.
    "You can stay with me until you can get that repaired, so that none of your stuff gets ruined." Ender suggested as his eyes looked at her, though his one blind eye kind of made his look a bit awkward.

"But you might want to start packing up your stuff, otherwise the storm will do more damage than it already has. I have a few spare rooms, so you can move in for the time being."

    "Are you sure? I don't want to be any trouble for you." Alice said a little worried she'd be getting in his way.
    "I'm sure I can patch it up for now till I get someone to fix it." She said looking back at the house.

    Alice was a little hesitant to accept his offer, staying in a house with some guy she'd just met didn't sound like the safest thing to do, but what else could she do.
    "Alright." She sighed and looked up at the sky.
    "Best hurry before this storm gets worse and completely ruins my books." She said and looks at the house.

    Ender nodded before walking up to her house, waiting for her to follow so that he wasn't doing all of the work. The weather wouldn't be letting up for awhile, and so they would need to make this as quick and efficient as possible.

    Alice hurried into the house, grabbing a cardigan hanging by the door and slipping it on.
    "Watch out for the books, I ran out of space on shelves and they're kind of everywhere." She said as she went in to find some boxes or something to carry things in.

    Ender stepped over the books and found a few boxes, beginning to pack up the books into them to be moved over to his house.
    "No kidding. Luckily my basement is almost completely empty aside from a few boxes, so there'll be plenty of space for all of these." Ender said before finishing the first few boxes, then taking them and putting them by the door.

    Alice packed up the books in her study then continued to the living room.
    "Just because I'm out of room on the bookshelves doesn't mean I have to stop buying books, that's what I've always thought." She said setting a few boxes by the door.

    "I find it better to keep what you use often, so that it doesn't turn into a clutter." Ender said as he continued to help her pack up. "I tend to give books I no longer read to other people, and then if I want to read it again years later I can just buy it again."

    "Well they come in handy for ideas, even if I don't fully read them again they're good to look back at when I'm writing. It'd be annoying to have to constantly buy a book over an over again." Alice said and smiled. "I could also never part with a book, I love all of them."

    Ender then began to move the boxes over to his house, running back and forth for a bit before he managed to get all of the boxes with the books moved out.
    "There are all of those boxes... Now just for the rest of the house..." Ender panted slightly as he tried to catch his breath, now a bit exhausted.

    The rest of the house was just as easy, the most she had were the books.

    Ender carried the boxes to his house then returned shortly, leaning against the door.
    "So... what's left?" Ender panted slightly as droplets of water fell off of his bangs, his eyes showing some exhaustion.
