    It hurt, it really did. Not being yourself, because nobody knew you any more. The children on the streets would run home, the elderly on their rocking chairs would whisper and then there was you. But I did not care, I ignored the pain. I stood there, my tears falling like rain.
    Kaori closed the book, sighing lightly as she simply abandoned it on the tree trunk. She moved away from the spot where she would usually scamper and squeal with excitement. Back then, Kaori was strong. She could climb trees, and fight off annoying wasps and mosquitoes that hovered over their river.
    The rep had nothing now. She felt useless. All her friends and allies could fight and protect, but kaori was merely a tiny bundle of unneeded moss. Biting her lip, and wincing a little, kaori viciously slashed at a tree with her good front leg in blind anger. "why am i even here," the stone that dangled around her said as it repeated her whirling thoughts.

Ah, because he had gotten lost on his way back to Skyclan and he somehow ended up in Riverclan. Whoops. The german shepherd would walk forwards out of the bush, his swords were on his back as per usual and he tilted his head as he stared at the injured femme.

    She raised her head at an unfamiliar voice. Was it a joiner? No, she wasn't anywhere near the border. In fact, somewhere around a kilometre or so from the border. But that wasn't what made her stagger to her paws.
    Kaori was confused, what did he mean by those words? Being young, she didn't know anything about s.x "Is that what happ-" the stone cut off it's sentence just as Kaori lashed her tail in growing fear.
    Right in front of her was a massive ass canine with swords slung casually over his back. Did he seriously think it was 100% okay to walk onto someone's territory with swords? Kaori didn't. "Get out, you mutt," she growled shakily. She didn't even know what 'mutt' meant, but the skulls members sure said it a lot. [/fancypost]

    She snorted at his answer, but her hackles did not die down at his words. Even though there was about a 99.9% chance he'd kill her in one swipe, that didn't mean the naive cat would surrender. Surrender meant nothing but weakness.
    "Seriously, you need to leave," kaori's stone said again as she took a step back as he took a step forwards. It's not because the other was making ground, it was because she hated buzzing things. Flies were a good example. "We don't need smelly dogs around here."
