with the whole imbalance thing, lugia is going to get slowly corrupted by living so near ho-oh
he's getting progressively darker and thoughts are being put into his head; even tho he's supposed to keep balance and be very chill he's now giving no thought to ending lives and things and ho-oh is very against the idea of ending someone's existence so she's getting worried
she's going to go and warn the other legends when he starts to get out of control and turns into his fully corrupt self aka shadow lugia
and then the legendary birds + lugia and the legendary beasts + ho-oh can fight eachother and have an epic battle that ends in lugia's song being played after he's defeated that reverts him back to normalis that a cool idea
