& Ani - pretend this happened before yous started calling eliza 'kaori' xc
She was still suffering from her major wounds that were inflicted on her by her torturers (members from The Skulls). Although her clanmates had shared their knowledge of herbs to her wounds, it still brought her nightmares every time she thought of the wounds that were on her body. Her mind had yet to function properly, but she doubted it would ever recover to its full health. She used to be filled with so much excitement, curiosity and the will to fight.
But now… she felt empty. Broken. Silent. Silence was a very hard thing to accomplish for the feline. Or it used to. Now, it felt natural to do so. Maybe it was her tongue that was damaged and jaws that felt like they would break off in two seconds that increased her refusal to utter a word. She felt different. ‘eliza’ was for those who felt proud. ‘eliza’ was more for someone who was lively and had spirit. ‘eliza’ wasn’t even her anymore. I know, said the spirit inside her head.
The necklace dangled from her neck, the purple stone twined in beautiful laces of vine starting to sway slowly. It glowed bright before saying in a voice much like the doll from corpse party. “My new name shall be Kaori,” said the stone. ‘Kaori’ stared blankly into space, absentmindedly nodding her head as the stones words barely reached her ears.
