    What the actual f*ck. Did you commit murder or sonething? That is what probation officers deal out. Your parents are kinda shitty if that is the best way of dealing with it they could come up with. Can you not get a mobile device with personal funds?

    A creative writing website?


    Is she an uber-religious nutjob or something? Does she just think it's 18+? Were you somehow causing trouble over a creative writing site? Stayed up an hour past your bedtime or some shit?


    If you really wanted to, hijacking the house's wifi network and resetting your device wouldn't be that hard. Just totally destroy their access to thw internet as petty revenge.

    She's just being protective. She didn't know what it was at first, and just let me sign up for it, knowing it was based around the books that my father got for me. Although, after a while, she looked deeper into it and worried of my safety, so told me to stay off of it. I tried for a few days, and failed, because it had become a hobby for me.


    And I don't have hacking skillz like that. And I meant she'd block the Internet on the tablet itself or something, not the WiFi. Only to make it so that I couldn't get on this website.

    Factory reset the tablet.


    Wtf is your parent doing looking at every site you go on. I assume you are over 10 y/o, it really isn't her job anymore. At 13 I was handling my own money and buying whatever I wanted, using whichever site, and playing games that I deemed appropriate.

    She probably doesn't understand what anonymity is. Probably thinks I can backtrace your ip packets to overwrite the hard drive controller and gps triangulate your coordinates using a visual basic gui.

    iOS:


    Settings > General > Erase all Content and Settings. I'm guessing you'll need the iTunes or device password.


    Android: (may differ based on manufacturer.)


    Settings > Backup and Reset > reset device. You will need the google account password.


    Do not reinstall all apps if it is some app bs doing it.


    Winders 10:


    Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Reset this PC


    Winders 8:


    Settings > Change > Update & Recovery > Recovery > Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows.


    None of these will remove files, just programs (And malware, and helicopter-parent-ware. You should totally also use a winders computer, hit Windows key + R, type cmd, then type ipconfig in the command window you just opened. Find the line labelled default gateway, punch that ip into the browser (It'll look like 192.***.***.***) and get into the router. (probably will have a username/password written on the box, though I'd bet it is admin and admin.). Once you are in, change the password for the admin and wifi and WATCH THEM BURN.
