    "Very well. It will join the two once again. Many of the vampires have begun to breed with humans, I'm one of the few young pure bloods. If we follow it accordingly, seeing as it's the proper time to reopen the statement, then you know how it will turn out. " he mumbles.

    Maria looked shocked "Wait....What are you saying? I don't even know you...Im not going into anything here. I just want to sign it and be done. I don't want any relationship...."She said and Her father anger rose a little.

    "You have no choice if he agrees. I'll have the palace prepared for whenever you want to go through with it." He starts loudly, then meekly lowers his voice.

    Her father growled "So you just want me to hand her over....Just to make this treaty work.."He looked at MAria "Please....Maria just go along with it...till this dies down and no one will care if you marry the prince or not"


    Maria hugged herself "Fine"

    Maria sighed she took it and looked through everything "Father....If my life is to pretend to love someone and have their children to complete the lie. For peace. I will do you proud I promise"She huggedhim and he signed. His daughter now no longer his to protect "It says...Once signed you have to go to the palace."


    Maria siged "I have no clue where it is"She went upstairs and began packing.

    He walks into the jewelry store, walking through the store. Finding a white gold ring with a deep mohogany colored jewel. He buys it, going back to where his driver has gone. Telling him there was a change of plans, they head towards the small cottage. Knocking he brushes hair dark hair from his face, but to no avail as it falls back into his face.

    By the time he knocked Maria had all her bags ready and was trying to prepare herself for the change of life. She opened the door not surprised and handed him the treaty that her father signed.

    He takes it without word, handing her the box. "He'll help you load. I need to talk to your father alone for a moment." He walks past her, beckoning the old man to the side. "I wish to formally ask you for your daughters hand in marriage as to bring our people together." He says, shaking even though it was ending up an arranged marriage.

    Maria nodded handing the man the bags before she looked at the box and sighed before opening it to see a ring. She stared since everything was going so fast she didn't know if she was ready.
    Her father sighed "Granted"He said "Now get out of my damn house"He walked upstairs and slammned the door.

    "We'll visit. And I'll take care of her..." He murmurs, walking out the door. Opening the door for her, he let's her get in before shutting it. With one last look, he walks back to the other side and gets in.

    Maria buckled up and glanced at him before glancing at the ring then looked out the tinted window. "Im Maria"She intruduced as she stared at the ring with a sigh before she put it on her finger.

    "Draco" he nods. He looks out the window, heading back to the home he hated. Maybe he's build a new castle somewhere, or maybe a large farm home that was filled with warmth and hospitality. He smiles softly to himself.

    "Don't worry about your safety." He whispers knowingly. "If at all possible you should always be within a becoming call of a servant. If you wish we have trainers who can help you master both forms. Despite what you think, we have werewolves among our ranks and they know you."

    Maria looked at him "I just let my mind wonder off...I was just thinking if this didn't work..."She bit her lip and sighed "I don't want to be rude...But how do you know my thoughts?...Also why are we doing this if wolves work for you"

    "It's a select few. I saved them from my father. I know what your thinking because I used to think the same. This shouldn't end in a war. I came to you because the treaty had to be acted on. Everyone is getting restless. I was required to choose a mate. The fight between our people should've been over long ago." He says quietly, his coal eyes staring out the window.

    Maria nodded "Im glad your not like your father"She said quielty before running a hand through her hair. She knew that he was right. Everyone was on edge since the war and it did no good to keeping up traditions. She knew it could be a ong drive but she couldnt sleep "What did you say to my father? Before we left"She asked calmly

    A mysterious smile appears on his face. "You'd be surprised by what it was. I asked him, formally, to have your hand in marriage to unite our people. He granted it." He whispers the last part softly. "I want to promise you that I will protect and take care of you. Despite our situation now, maybe just maybe we will end up having a happy ending."

    "He had no choice"Maria said before she went a little red. "oH...Uhm...Maybe"She stuttered before looking away. No doubt he was handsome. "I like the ring.."She said showing him it was aready on her finger "T...Thanks you"
