  • A sigh squeezed through Karen's lips as she padded up, tail flicking behind her. It was obvious the feline was tired, and it only shone through her voice even more as she spoke. "I need a quest, please." Her brow clinched - hopefully it would be writing-themed. She always enjoyed those.

  • After several long moons of reflection, wistfully came a stranger. As she stepped into view, her eyes widened a bit more; her heart beat a bit more; and, most of all, her senses took in quite a bit more. She breathed, having planned out everything she would do, how she would act and what she would say. Her months spent as a murder mystery detective had made sure of that. And after all those moons ... she had returned to the Forge.


    "Your quest - or mission, rather - will be with The Tribe of Burning Dreams. From there, you shall travel to a portal which shall send you to planet Striea, which will provide for you water and only water. There are few boats and such, so I advise taking your own, a raft ... or if you're a good swimmer, I suppose you could swim.


    "There I want you to make a thread in a 500-word one-shot. You can do so in any reasonable manner, whether it be in journal/diary form, chapter form, whatever. And you can play as whatever character you prefer. In return, I shall deliver upon you 10,000 silver. For every 250 words extra that you add, I'll throw in a bonus, capiche?"
