Ornately trimmed ribbons fluttered in the brisk mountain air. Swatched in delicate silks from exotic lands, Ghostguild hummed happily as she treaded onto the border of the clan, gently crushing springy, lush ferns and crystalline layers of frost in her path. She had travelled far and wide to come here, but here she was, and here she was to stay. For maybe a couple weeks, or a month or so. Maybe even half a year. Sooner or later she would move on, though, to other green pastures. More to see, more to do, more to immortalize.

“Hello!” the petite kit fox cried out, merrily swishing her cream-colored tail and causing tiny bells attached to the lacy edges of the elegant cloth covering it to ring. “I’m Ghostguild! Here on a long visit. So I guess you can say I’m joining, but only temporarily.” Of course the clan members might want to know just why she was staying here, but she would divulge that information later when people actually approached and asked.

A blizzard, huh? "Ah, okay, thanks!" Ghostguild chirped, taking a springy step over the border. She blinked at Flintstrike's more pessimistic approach, though. This clan, she knew, wasn't exactly hostile to outsiders, but she wasn't sure if it would turn her down if she was only here on a temporary stay. "I'll do everything a normal member's supposed to do! Patrols, tasks, raids, events, whatever," she promised, hoping that this Beaststar would at least tolerate her visit, if not approve of it.

She smiled brightly at the question. "I'm glad you asked! I'm a historian, and culturalist. And merchant, and storyteller, and informant, but mostly the first two. I go around to clans all over the globe--and outside, in case of extraterrestrial groups--and learn about them, and record information of them to spread." Swishing her tail again, she smiled hopefully at the male. "If you're a secretive clan and all, that's okay, I won't tell what you don't want me too. But maybe I could attract future clan members through my stories?"

Happy that at least one person was happy about her arrival, Ghostguild bounced lightly on the pads of her paws, stylistic ribbons rippling. "Great, thanks!" She peered dubiously into the mouth of the caverns where the Clan of Sights made its home. "Hey, if it isn't too much trouble, could I have a tour? I'll probably get lost by myself down there."

"That's good! I love big groups," Ghostguild hummed, following him. She paused at the mouth of the caverns, then dove in, careful not to fall as the tunnel sloped downwards. It was pretty dim in here, but she had been in darker places. She was sure that she would adjust after some time. "Hey, why do you guys live here? Not that it's a bad place, but there's a lot of open-sky options out there, y'know? Forests, beaches, abandoned human places. Why here?"[/fancypost][/fancypost][/fancypost]

Ghostguild stared in wonder at the walls of the great cavern, scintillating crystals jutting from the walls, glowing moss thriving in yawning cracks. "It's so pretty" she gushed, reaching out with her prehensile tail to brush over a pale blue tower of quarts sprouting from the ground to halfway to the ceiling. "Who's the Necromancer? Is that the leader? This Beaststar?" As far as she knew, leaders could choose to add the -star suffix to their name.

She lingered slightly in the main chamber before catching up with Drainheart, large ears pricking at the sound of falling water. "That's all underground? That's so cool!" This was great! Weaving around the lush trees, she scuttled to the pool of water accumulating below the water, rays of sunlight dancing over it from the hole drilled directly above.

"Right? There's so much life everywhere! Like those dandelions that sprout from concrete and those floating islands in the sky." Ghostguild dipped her head, careful not to let her garments fall into the pool, and sipped the water. It was fresh and cold and sweet, tinted with natural minerals. "The water's so good!" she declared as she straightened and padded back to Drainheart, giggling lightly.

With how silent the ninja was sitting, the kit fox almost swept her gaze over her before realizing there was someone there. Turning, she greeted, "Oh, hello! I almost didn't see you there, since you're in the shadows and all. I'm Ghostguild. I just joined, temporarily."
