My parents are oblivious, and no one at school knows. Sometimes i feel I'm truly alone in the world. I've tried to tell my mom. I really have. But she refuses to hear me. She refuses to see the signs. Whenever i bring it up, it always goes something like this.
Me: mom, i'm feeling lonely and sad lately...
mom: I don't want to hear it. You have an amazing family, a huge house, food on the table, an education and you're healthy! you have no reason to be depressed.
What she doesn't know is that education of mine is painful. Or at least the people in it.
