Alright, this might be a little crazy and a bit far-fetched, but I was thinking we could possibly make an actual book with combined efforts! Based loosely off of the Warriors series and possibly by others, I wanted to start a collaborative effort.
We can toss around ideas of what exactly happens, but I was hoping the basic premise was this- A group of animals (Mixed or specific animal, whatever) is living in an abandoned city, and basically long-ago the animals were pets to humans, but humans suddenly went extinct from some unknown reason. (Likely disease or they just killed each other in war) and the animals were all that were left on the Earth, and they were the new rulers. Now, if this is revealed in the story is up to debate, but this is just the setting. We can debate on what the story-line is, I just want to let you guys be part of the writing process!
I was also hoping that artists could make the covers and have small art pieces throughout to give a good visual of what's happening and character appearance.

For those wondering how the writers work- basically, each one writes a chapter and depending on how many sign-up they swap every other chapter, and once a writer uploads a chapter to be reviewed, someone can beta it, or correct it, and then the original writer edits it accordingly and then they upload the chapter on this thread again, and someone can beta it again, if needed. If no betaing is needed, then it is saved as a chapter in another thread for storage for when we begin actual production. The lead writer manages all of the chapters and is typically the beta, unless if in absence.
Managers and co-managers simply overlook everything and makes sure that everything is in order. They also make sure that everyone knows their part and what they need to do.
Publishing- That's going to be a little more tricky, especially with managing how everyone gets a fair share. I'm not the best at figuring these things out, but if anyone has any ideas, please feel free to suggest them. I, personally, just want to do this for fun and I don't want a share in the money, but I'm sure some of you aren't. I'm not completely set on where we're publishing it, but again please give me ideas!
