who created/owns this site?

    Yep, I know Elliefang started it, then she handed ownership to Wynn, then to Nuka, but Nuka's no longer staff so instead of Wynn ownership went to Frosty and Dynamo instead.

    It wasn't so much an ownership as electing Nuka, Dawny, and Frosty to kind of take charge but it wasn't full ownership. It was more of a head admin thing? Also I don't believe the site was necessarily handed over but I am not solid on those details. It was Elliefang and Roxie yeah. Wynn and Dynamo are the owners of the site now.
