Danno's and Burstpelt's adventures

    Danno looked around for Burstpelt. As he was a loner he had never learnt to find lost things by scent so he just wandered around looking for her.

    Suddenly, she smelled him like he was right around the corner. She ran around some of the corn plants and then finally she found him. He hadn't noticed her yet and she secretly thought it was a little funny that he hadn't found her yet.

    Danno walked backwards looking for her, he turned around and almost bumped into her again. "There you are" he said smiling at her.

    "You don't know what I've been threw, I've been following your scent all over the place." She pushed her muzzle against his and purred.

    Danno smiled and closed his eyes for a moment taking in her scent. "Sorry I ran around trying to find you I guess that spread my scent everywhere" he said scratching the back of his head with his paw. "We should get out of here" He looked around for a way out.

    "O.k, I think I saw a way out over that deriction" She said pointing with her tail "I didn't go that way because I wanted to find you first." She gazed lovingly into his eyes.

    Danno purred and began to walk to where she had pointed to. "What do we do when we get out?" he asked her. "We can't just walk up to your leader and ask if I can join can we?"

    "Hmm..."She hadn't thought of that before. "We could just wait at the edge of the territory until a patrol comes and we tell them that I was lost in a corn field and found you and now I love you"She said thinking up a rough plan on what to do. She kept walking to the end of the corn field.

    "Okay" Danno meowed. "Maybe that will work." He smiled then looked around. "Which way is it?" he asked.

    She stuck her nose in the air trying to figure out which way her clan was. It had been a while since she was in Riverclan and it would take her longer than usual to find out where her clan mates were. "I think it's this way." She said after a little while. She headed toward where she thought her clan would be.

    Danno followed her getting more nervous every step worried if they would accept him or not.

    She kept going on until she started to smell the water of the river. "I SMELL THE RIVER!!"She screamed in a excited voice. She had gotten home sick from being away from her clan and the comforting sound of the rushing river. Until now she hadn't noticed that every step they got closer to Riverclan territory Danno was getting more and more anxious. "It'll be fine. Whatever happens I'll be with you and the riverclan leader is very fair and kind to all cats, unless they attack his clan." She said trying to comfort him.

    "Are you sure? With my past he may not" he said nervously. "I used to attack clan cats at random but not anymore."

    Burstpelt gasped shocked by what Danno told her but no matter what he did in her past she would always love him. "It's okay, the past is the past and only the present counts. Besides, I will always love you no matter what." She said.

    Danno purred. "So when do the patrols pass by here?" he asked looking around for a patrol.

    "Okay" Danno looked around again then moved closer to Burstpelt and licked her cheek.

    Burstpelt blushed and then smelled the dusk patrol coming. She smelled her former friend Clawpaw and hoped he would be in a good mood today, he wasn't a very friendly cat in general. "Hey, Clawpaw, over here!" She yelled. She took a quick glance at Danno to see how he was doing.

    Danno was really nervous now the dusk patrol had come, he thought they would try to chase him out or attack him or maybe not even let him join. He took a few deep breaths to try and calm himself.
