    "That's good," she said. "What about yoh Kai? What were you up to all day?"

    "Just wandering," He said, not looking up from his food. "Not much work to find right now."

    "Hmmm that doesn't fare well, having only two of us working," she sighed.

    "M? No, I mean two. Afterall, I haven't had business for the last few fays that pays anything," she clarified.

    "Who ever you had should have paid," Kate said, as Will did his best to keep his face blank.

    She sighed. "Special... Case I suppose," she told the girl. "Besides, I'm sure Sadha will hunt him down if I ask her."

    "You could say," she said, starting to aboid the question.

    Once everyone had finished eating, she got up to clean. "Well then, off we pop to bed. Bundle up tight tonight. It's going to be cold again. "
