- a depended (or two). dirk has dependent personality disorder. this means that if your character becomes a depended for him, he will rely on your character to make sure his physical and emotional needs are met. this means constant reassurance that he's loved, your character needs to give him constant attention, constant reminders to eat and sleep and drink, and they need to be able to put up with how dirk is so clingy. dirk already has jake english as a depended, but due to them being so far apart, he's going to need a depended here as well. dirk will probably just go out and say that your character is their depended or not, and while i'd really like your character to be okay with that, i'm fine if you'd like to play a plot where they're not, and dirk suffers. it's up to you.
