    “Great!” Claw and Vikki said together. They then bounded toward the cave entrance. “You coming?” Vikki called. “Hurry up!” Claw giggled happily.

    Vikki ran on two legs, her long, clawed arms swaying quickly to match her pace.


    Claw moved like a caterpillar that just had caffeine, his back popping up and down as he scurried along.

    Claw smiled and picked up the berry, slipping it into his bright yellow shoulder bag.


    Vikki held her stomach. “Can’t I eat it? I’m starving!” She whined.


    Claw rolled his eyes. “You just ate at the guide, like, an hour ago!”


    “Yeah, a whole hour!” She groaned.


    Claw sighed. “Fine…but you’ll get hyper. It restores strength and health.”


    Vikki gobbled it down.

    Vikki nommed the berry and jumped when she saw Wisp’s glowing eyes in the dim light. She stood up, her feet sloshing on the spongy ground. Beach Cave, Floor 1


    Claw jumped up, snapping shut the berries case. “Wh-who’s there?” Beach Cave, Floor 1
