"It doesn't even seem like we've been travelling with each other for very long yet we've established a psychic connection with each other," I chuckled. "So, where should we 'investigate' first?" I asked her, using the word 'investigate' instead of 'visit' or a word with the same likeness in definition just in case the secretary could stil hear us.

"You're better at this than I thought you would be for some reason," I commented to her behaviors. "Besides, we're not doing anything bad. We have no intention on going on a vandalism rampage, we just want to check this place out a bit. We'll probably find something wrong and fix it. With that in mind, we're not entirely lying about being maintenance."

"Exactly," I commented. "We're more like the maintenance workers that show up before the maintenance workers are needed."

OOC; Don't know if you know this already but the BBCShop UK is closing down at the end of the month so all DVDs are 70% off and most all merchandise is 80% off. Might want to check it out. That is all.

IC; "It really does suit us," I agreed. "Now, where exactly do you think that leaky pipe was? Perhaps in a bathroom or a janitor's closet, that sounds like the most logical place to look first."

OOC; No problem! Good to know that you found out about it yourself. It's too good of a deal to not at least check. Shipping for me is rather expensive but I'm getting a couple things that make the shipping worth it. Series 3 soundtrack, an encyclopedia (9-10 w/ Martha), and The Writer's Tale: The Final Chapter. Ordering it later tonight as I'm having technical difficulties. About $37 for me but so worth it as one of the books is $25 here. I'm actually saving money! It's going to take forever to get here though so that's a bit of a downside. Can't wait to read the books! (namely The Writer's Tale). What did you get? Probably a lot more than me considering shipping for you is free.

IC; "The coolest place, what would the coolest place be..." I trailed off in thought, attempting to answer her question under my breath after she rushed off to fix the pipe. OOC; Nice! I wouldn't be able to view the box sets, even though it would be an excellent price for them, I already have the ones that I want, and figurines aren't worth it to me. The books and the soundtrack are, though! Let me know the specifics, out of my own sheer curiosity about what you bought (he he, I'm not a stalker).

IC; "So that's all fixed, now we can go explore and know that we aren't lying about being maintenance," I commented. "The senate room itself is the most interesting place I can think of at the moment and I know exactly where that is. Does that spark any interest in your little human mind?" I asked. "No offense."

OOC; That's nice of you. Getting the things to give to others while they're at their absolute cheapest. The box sets are probably going to be great as well! I was really the most excited about the books! All the cheap books! There was one smaller one, just over 100 pages, that was .80 pounds! I decided not to get it because it would have been about 5 dollars and I didn't really want it and I can get it here in America for not much more so it wasn't that big of a loss.

IC; "It's not my fault that Time Lords just have a larger brain that is capable of containing more information than yours. It's not even me being biased with that, comparatively and scientifically, your human brain is smaller than my Time Lord brain," I stated. "Then that's where we will go!" I exclaimed before hitting the basement level button on the elevator selection menu. "Don't sit on any of the large black chairs though, members of the public aren't allowed to sit there."

OOC; Friends are just wonderful. It's also not like you have to pay 7.50 (pounds) for any singular piece of merchandise and 2 pounds for each additional piece of merchandise. You get free standard shipping. Lucky! If I had such privilege I would have gotten SO MUCH MORE! (pun intended)

IC; "No, not really 'higher members of society', those are the chairs that the senators sit in. It's viewed as offensive if someone other than the senator that the chair belongs to sits there," I informed her. "You could be the Duke of Manhattan but you still couldn't sit in one of the black chairs."

"Isn't it just beautiful, though?" I asked. "Ah, the smell of democracy!" I exclaimed but not too loudly, I didn't want anyone to know that we were in here when we shouldn't be. Worst comes to worse we could say we were checking the lightbulbs.

OOC; Well... Didn't get to place my order yet and now the main thing I wanted is out of stock. Looks like I won't be placing an order then. I am now scouring Amazon for a new copy that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I just REALLY want this goddamn book! Curse me and my admiration for Russell T. Davies!

OOC; Ordered it elsewhere! Bit the bullet and paid a bit more for it. Read the Kindle sample of it and absolutely loved it, as well as learned about things that almost happened. Did you know that series 4 was originally going to have a companion named Penny?

IC; "Maybe yes, maybe not, I'm not the most sure of the current time and where it falls into my timeline of appearances," I stated. "If there is then only goodness will come from it. Unless they were heavily associated with the sisters of plentitude."
