This whole thing didn't sit right with him - an apprentice? He had to pick an apprentice. It seemed a bit annoying, with the whole responsibility thing going on and the only children he knew were Alice-spawn. That was cool - he might be able to get an older apprentice if the children were all dumb - not that he was saying they were. Implying, maybe. No one could prove anything if he didn't say it out loud.
He had some herbs set up, some alcohol hiding nearby for a deciding round, and a large mess of stickers on his paws. "Alrighty, folks! I'm holding a herb training sesh, might pick an apprentice. Who knows! If you want to be my swagalicious apprentice, say so when you plonk your ass down and I'll take note of it. Okay? Sweet."
