Leah saw him sit down then quickly got up and ran over to him. She held up the picture she had been coloring. "Look daddy!" She said smiling proudly. It was a picture of a cartoon soldier with My Daddy written in very messy handwriting. Brook held her breath slightly. Since she wasn't completely sure of what all can set off his seizures, she silently hoped this wasn't one of them.

Brook watched as the time went by, Leah began to fall asleep in Ender's arms. She smiled and stood up, walking over to her. "Come on sweet girl. Lets get you to bed," she said softly as Leah stretched her arms up. She picked her up and Leah yawned, laying her head on Brook's shoulder. She looked over at Ender. "I won't be long," she promised as she turned to take Leah to her room.

Brook gently laid Leah on her bed and gave her a kiss on her forehead. "Night sweetheart," she murmured. Leah looked up at her for a moment. "Daddy will be here in the morning, right?" Brook smiled softly and nodded. "He should be." With that Leah smiled then closed her eyes.
Brook quietly left her room, shutting the door behind her. She stretched her arms slightly before walking back to where she had left Ender. "You awake?" She teased lightly, seeing he had fallen asleep.

She laughed a bit then followed after him. She slipped her hand into his as they walked up stairs. She was happy he was back here with her instead of over seas still. She was also happy to see that he wanted to be around, to get to know Leah more.

Ender smiled as she took his hand, leading her to her room, then upon entering her room he closed the door and locked it.
"Brook, ready to get started, or should we wait a bit in case Leah is still awake?" Ender asked since he didn't know how long it took for her to fall asleep, but for himself it took around 30 minutes to an hour.

Brook went over to the bed and took a seat. "Leah is a fast sleeper so she won't be coming by," she said softly. "It's surprising but she usually sleeps through the nights easily." She ran a hand through her hair, looking over at him.
