• The domestic canine shook the snow out of her fur, shivering. She wasn't used to be out in the cold for hours at a time. She had lived a comfortable life as a pet in the suburbs. It wasn't until she experienced a bit of wanderlust that she escaped her life imprisoned in a house for hours at a time.

Her friends had recently joined a clan called SunClan. She had expected to find it warm and well...sunny. It was quite the opposite.

"H-hello?" She stuttered, "I'd like to join! My name's Frostbite."

In her old life, she carried a different name. But that life had ended and thus she began a new life.

I thought you were being a sloth again," she said, wrapping a warm arm around her friend. "Welcome to SunClan, Frost! I dunno who else might be comin' but most of us are here. And I hear Rosey ended up somewhere, but I'll find 'em," she said, smiling. Rosey, her closest out of her group of friends, and always ended up somewhere different them.[/fancypost]

    Greenday

"For you I'd bleed myself dry..."

[fancypost bgcolor=; bordercolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 334px; overflow: auto; color: #00ff00; font-family: constantia;]Lots of new members lately. Was this some sort of invasion? Fuck, he couldn't handle an invasion right now, he'd just been seriously injured! Then again, he was probably just being paranoid. He was just imagining this whole thing. Although they did have a larger amount of new members than usual. That was easy to notice.

Greenday limped to the scene, trying to ignore the pain. He wished he could take these bandages off, but he needed to get better. If his wounds kept reopening, he'd never be in complete control of himself, and his physical form would destroy itself. Stupid little psychopath. Forcing these thoughts to the back of his mind, he smiled at Frostbite. "Welcome to SunClan. My name's Greenday. If you have any questions or want to chat, just let me know."

  • "I may or may not have gotten lost...once or twice," The canine admitted, her ears sliding slightly backwards. She gave a sheepish grin as she wagged her tail.

"I'm glad that you're here Olivia and the others are too, though!" She added cheerfully. The canine was a bit of a shy creature. Facing a clan full of strangers was a daunting task. Frostbite was comforted knowing at least one other person in the crowd.

"Nice to meet you, Greenday," The canine greeted politely.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 375px;]Carrying an oil amp that flickered and burned, illuminating the area in a red glow, with a blanket wrapped about her shoulders, the brown tabby approached the group. Her green eyes watchful, illuminated by the jumping of candlelight, they held Frostbite with moderate regard, although their owner was silent as snow. Florence was merely watching, seeing if they were of moderate value, but unfortunately, the cat found most she met in low regard unless they happened to be intellectuals. She met very few, but she knew they were out there and she hoped to surround herself in them one day.

She cleared her throat with a little cough and returned her gaze, waving her long, narrow tail. The graceful cat slowly pulled the blanket from her shoulders and aimed to wrap it around the body of Frostbite, offering a brief, determined smile. "My name is Florence Nightingale. It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Miss Frostbite." She paused, her voice laced with a British accent. "Would you like food and drink? I would be glad to share some." Sure, she wasn't known for being particularily nice, but she did know how to care for someone.

  • "It is nice to meet you as well," The canine wagged her tail friendly.

She was generally nice towards strangers unless she received a weird vibe from them. She was much like Florence in the regard that she was an intellectual. She hated small talk and preferred to cut to the chase with philosophic discussions.

At Florence's offer, she tilted her head slightly as her stomach rumbled; complaining about the fact that it had been nearly a day since her last meal.

"Yes, I would like food and water, if it isn't a bother to you!" She added the last bit hastily.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 375px;]The female nodded, a brief nod, and brought the lamp a bit closer to her so she could absorb the heat it gave off. She never did like winter, and winter in Londonwas especially worse. Everyone always got so sick from the cold and virus and she always gave them knowledge on how avoid the flu that went around; guess what? They never listened. What a surprise.

"One moment." She stated calmly, she bounding off and leaving the lamp there, still burning bright.

Soon enough, the dainty female had returned with a package swinging from her jaws with every step she took, coming to a stop before Frostbite. She set it down and unravelled it carefully, revealing a canteen of water and various meats. They weren't fresh yet seemed faintly warm, most likely from the female warming it to stave off any bacteria that might have decided to gather on it. She stood back and took a little bow of her head, simply watching.

  • "Thank you," Frostbite said, giving a grateful smile before lowering her mouth to begin the meal.

She was not a picky eater. The canine would eat anything as long as it was beneficial. The meat tasted delicious to her hungry senses. The water from the canteen moistened her dry throat. She did not devour the whole meal as fast as she could. Though Frostbite was hungry enough to want to.

"It was very delicious." She commented after she was finished, "Thank you, once again, for the meal."

  • PARADISE
in the night, the stormy night, away she'd fly

It brought a smile to Paradise's face, seeing Florence be so kind to a joiner. She didn't know Florence that much- well, at all, actually, but the golden retriever made a mental note to herself that the brown tabby seemed quite kind. With a nod to her clanmates as she padded over, Para turned to the newcomer. What was with all these joiners knowing each other? Was it a cult? Oh, fuck. SunClan was being invaded by a cult. Or- maybe it was just some friends. Para almost laughed at her thoughts that it could be a cult, but then straightened her posture and gave a grin towards Frostbite. "Hi! I'm Paradise. I like your name." She wagged her tail limply, ears perked up.
