Now if you was to tell Clementine that she would become such a monster yesterday, well she would deny it straight away. She was a demon who had her abilities under control. Her demonic nature was under lock and key, sealed away deep in her soul. And she wouldn't let it hurt no one. None of her friends would see her in a state. She had killed once but then she had a reason. It wasn't just a random, unnecessary death. No, the previous victim deserved it. He had provoked her and hurt her. He had also stolen some of her most prized possessions which she just couldn't stand for. Not a single soul would get away with crossing her. And that particular guy had also caught her in a bad mood, resulting in the lost of his life. Simple.
However, she knew that she wasn't perfect. She was far from that. She was an imperfection in this world. A stain on a white cloth. A scourge on the mortal name. But that was because she wasn't one of those mortals, no she was far from that. She was a demon and honestly, she was proud of what she was. However, seeing other demons attack and harm the mortals hurt her because those demons were clearly blind to the fact that mortal beings weren't all that bad. Yes, there were certainly one or two mortals that hated her kind or were just horrible yet she put up with it. Until now. Until she once again, snapped.
The shiba inu sat on the beach, the sun setting and casting a brilliant golden amber glow across the ocean. It was like a giant balloon filled with liquid gold had burst and it's contents were all spilt out across the waters of the sea. A light grin formed on her lips, hazel eyes briefly closing as she took a deep breath, salty ocean air filling up her lungs and leaving a light tang in her mouth as she exhaled. God it was so cool to live by the ocean. But it was a big beach and it wasn't fun to do things like collecting a *ton of house plants that she accidentally unleashed upon Sunclan. The thought of that mistake brought a laugh to break the silence, opening her eyes as her tail started wagging. "Someone is happy" came the sneering tone of some stranger. The divine flicked her ear in annoyance, looking over her shoulder at the larger canine behind her. An unfamiliar pure white husky. The male came and sat by her, a light grin on his mouth as he looked down at her. She felt a sense of unease settle over her as she shuffled back.
"No need to be like that Clementine." the larger dog said, smirk replacing his grin. Clementine growled, eyes narrowed as she got to her paws, the amber light of the sunset causing the pair to glow lightly. "How the hell do you know my name?" the shiba inu snapped, ears flattening to her cranium as she took a step back. "Oh where are my manners? I'm Kosui. Hmm, Clementine Gabriel Habringer? At last I get the chance to talk with you." The husky said, looking out to the sea and completely disregarding her inquiry. The smaller dog growled again, just growing agitated at the grin on the male's face. "You didn't answer me. And wipe that dumb smirk off your face before I do it for you" Clem snapped defensively, baring her fangs. However, this only caused Kosui to laugh again. He rolled his eyes and turned to face her, reaching out a paw and shoving her roughly. "Aww, what is little Clemmy gonna do? Ooo, poor Kosui is shaking in his fur~" the husky mocked, pushing her again.
Clementine watched his paw move to push her again and she reacted quickly, moving and clamping her sharp teeth down onto his paw. In a second, she pierce through his skin and the metallic tang of blood spilled into her mouth, causing the male to shout in shock and pain. Kosui growled and pulled his paw back. She was still clamped onto his leg and went flying towards him. He used this to his advantage and pivoted, kicking her and sending her into the water. She landed with a splash, sinking fast. She let out a silent stream, Kosui's blood pouring from her mouth into the salt water. She opened her hazel eyes and it stung like hell. She went to let out a cry of shock but instead only released bubbles. Luckily for her, she was in the shallow part and swiftly straightened herself up. However, when she opened her eyes, they weren't the same. They were black.
The shiba inu jumped out of the sea, water flying everywhere as she launched herself at the white canine. She pinned him down and in his shock he couldn't react fast enough. In the short time that she had, she conjured up a blade and plunged it into his stomach. The husky let out a howl of pain, slashing at her neck and she couldn't avoid his flailing paws. Black blood dripped from her chest and neck causing her to fall off him and hit the sand with a light thud. She closed her black eyes panting heavily at having to use her powers. When they opened again they were hazel and the full extent of the pain hit her, causing her to let out a quiet yelp, coughing and spluttering to get some water out of her lungs. If anyone would get there they would find that there was no dead husky but a dead lynx instead. However, Clementine would fail to note that Kosui was gone. She could only sit there and sob, her black blood turning blue as her gemstone changed into a sapphire.
