    hello, paralyzer here! I'm looking for a tutor in fancyposts. I can make simple posts like this one here, and I know a small bit about tables. Aside from that, I am new to fancyposts and can only edit. I am hoping to start mostly from scratch and learn how to make more advanced fancies. It would be preferred to have an active tutor, but I'm not quite the most active person myself. (I do check stuff like this every half hour or so when I'm not in class.)

    i usually use fancyposts w/ margins to move my boxes around so i'm not that well-acquainted with tables


    for moving them around, you can just use margins inside your fancyposts

    yeah, sometimes it can go a bit crazy. i like to use the preview to move the fancyposts around since it gives me an idea of where the placement is


    [nobbc][td][/nobbc] means table data. this creates columns
    [nobbc][tr][/nobbc] means table row. this creates rows


    this is useful to help organize your fancyposts and position them. the tables are sort of like the structural support while the fancyposts alter the appearance. there isn't really much to say about this; as long as you understand the tr and td orders, you should be able to make tables


    generally, try to keep your tables organized so you won't be confused when you edit/go back to it
