  • yeah, so i have some questions. recently, i saw someone who was a ghoul and i was like, "oh dang!" because i'm thinking they were talking about kind of like tokyo ghoulish ghoul. you have to have done a little research- just a little- to know what i am talking about but i will explain.

in tokyo ghoul, manga and anime, there are humans that walk among other humans except they eat humans and they're eyes turn black and pupils turn red.

so, anyway, someone was a ghoul- and it said that they ate others and that has me questioning things. i really feel like making a new character now- being a ghoul- but i'm not quite sure if i need to buy it from the shop or not or if she can just be it. also, say she was a fox- i'm not sure how it works like (ex: ghouls look like humans and eat humans.) would she eat other foxes? is that all she would be limited to? thanks for dealing with me if you can answer this XD or understand it

According to the dictionary definition, it doesn't matter:
an evil spirit or phantom, especially one supposed to rob graves and feed on dead bodies.

I believe it was a unique, stylistic choice for the people directing Tokyo Ghoul to choose humans to eat and nothing else (and it makes sense since the main character is a human and humans aren't cannibalistic by nature). If the main character were to be a praying mantis that eats other praying mantises, then the viewers would find it less interesting because it doesn't connect them directly to it.

Since it's your character, you can make up the rules. There's no specific way you have to do this. You can have your fox eat other foxes, wolves, humans, ants, whatever you'd like within reason.
