This District consists of dirt roads lined with cottages and storefronts, abandoned by humans centuries earlier. A river cuts through on the easternmost side, providing easy travel around their massive territory, as it cuts through every district.The First Order Base is hidden in the Shigonshina District. After combing through the hundreds of other cottages and broken homes, you would come up upon another cottage. This one isn't much different from the others- but it also, it isn't much at all- practically squished between the other houses- like it was built hurriedly or a home for a lonely soul. The wood is warped and cracked, vines took over, and there is a large, red slash of paint across the door. Uninhabitable. Condemned.
Upon entering, you are hit with one feeling- you don't want to be in here. Condemned or not, people had been in here. There is a wave of smells when you walk inside- a mixture between dead bodies, Marijuana, and that musky, stale smell after opening a plastic container.

Up front, there is a fifteen foot high plateau- where the leader stands, to conduct meetings, and to watch omnipotently as the members went agaut their business. There are no stairs up to this plateau, either. Meaning- if you could not get on it, you did not deserve to stand on it.
Down another hallway, right of the foyer, is the mess hall, where the food is rationed, chilled, and served. The river has been tapped into, and dug to create a pool of water for the members. Turn left, and farther down, a training room- it's about as big as the foyer, and consists of several obstacle course objects, training equipment, and ropes. In this room, on the back right, there is another door, which leads to a smaller room, stocked and displaying an assortment of weapons.
From here, the hall turns left again, revealing the longest hallway in the base. This hallway off-shoots to other small rooms and places. A conference room for the semi and high positions, a room stocked with objects for recreational activities, the Supreme Leader's office, and others. Some are empty, as a suggestion for the members to decide what to do with them. The private quarters for the Supreme Leader, the Apprentice, the General, and the Colonels are here as well. They are intentionally right next to eachother, lest they plot against the First Order within the leader's earshot. There's rumors of a room in this area where Darth Vader keeps his trophies.

[justify][font=arial][color=#121212]As a member of the First Order, keeping the identity of your character is crucial. For this, every member of the First Order is issued armor. For Cadets, they receive a basic armor and keep the one that fits. It is not until they are promoted to Stormtrooper that they receive personalized, fitted armor.
This armor is a black body glove that is over layed with white armor, concealing the identity of the soldiers. It protects them from basic attacks- bites and scratches. This does not make the wearer invincible, as they are still subject to blows between the folds of the armor. The jaw part can unhinge, and the gloves are left open at the end to allow the wearer to bite and scratch others.
The Armor also marks your rank. Basic Stormtroopers brand basic armor, similar to this. Cadet armor shares a similar design, but with this helmet. Sergeant Armor bears blue markings, like this. Captains receive chrome armor. Colonels and Generals keep the same Chrome armor.It is optional, but members may choose to use a different body entirely while in the First Order, to further hide their identity.

[justify][font=arial][color=#121212] All members of the Order are subjected to prove themselves to the Supreme Leader by passing an initiation. This mission proves that you are a loyal member of the First Order- that you are willing to watch your clan burn in the name of the First Order.[color=red]The mission is required for cadets. This is because the cadets have to prove that they are ready and worthy of joining the Stormtrooper rank. For them, it is not only a mission, but a test. Failing the test means the Cadet requires further training and may try again a week later.
If you do not complete the mission during your time in the First Order, it will only hold you back. This is for IC reasoning, as you are more likely to be noticed by higher-ups, and makes you more likely to be promoted.
You are also given a badge as reward!
METHOD ONE:
1. You must kill a member of your home clan.
> Previously, there was a condition called the "Exiler Clause." This meant members of the Exiles Division members may kill outsiders to avoid suspicion. The Clause stated that, "You may not kill children or the elderly, as those are easy targets. You must kill someone of equal or higher difficulty." This clause existed because there was a high number of members in the Exiles toward the early days of the First Order, but has since been revoked with the passage of time.
2. Take an item that represents the victim, as it is proof of your kill. Present the item to Lord Vader, and it will be added to the trophy collection.
3. They must be unable to link the crime back to you.
> If you are caught, or you fail to bring an item to prove your kill, it is considered a failure.METHOD TWO:
Please inform the Supreme Leader beforehand if you wish to do this method, so that he may give you additional info or ask questions.
1. Capture a child of your own clan, and present them to the Supreme Leader.
> The child will be raised in the First Order. This method may cause the Supreme Leader to be less suspicions of you, but will not gain their full trust.
2. You must have the permission of the child's rper, and inform them that the child will be raised in the First Order. The child's roleplayer must submit a form to the Joining Thread, as they will not be added to the registry otherwise.
3. This method exists because your character must make a moral choice- and subject an innocent soul, a mere child, to the First Order, where they will be raised and perfected into a perfect soldier.+ Can the victim be an NPC?
No. This is because of NPC syndrome. Basically- no one cares about NPCs. An NPC exists so as not to destroy a character the story needs. No one reacts or cares when an NPC dies. On this site it's 'just another NPC', no one's brother, sister, mother, father, uncle, mentor, apprentice - nothing. Therefore no one is affected. Failure to participate will not result in removal from the First Order- however, consistently failing to arrive to meetings will cause for removal.” So a few posts here and there, or even one a day, was fine. "As an IC thing, It does not make sense for two groups that habitat the same area to only have members show up to meetings."
“With Maul's demotion, I will be looking for a new Apprentice. The role of Apprentice means you will learn how to lead from me personally- I am more than the Apprentice’s mentor, I am his Master." And would be addressed as so. "In the event of my death, it is the Apprentice who shall take my place. In the event both the Apprentice and I are slain, the General becomes the new leader. The General exists to represent and lead my agenda, and to ensure we are running smoothly.” He took a pause, referring to his mental list. “In simple terms, the General and the Apprentice are equivalent to each other in rank- but it the Apprentice that moves up first.” Like a pair of deputies. Maybe, just maybe, he’d find the one he was looking for.
“We are going to have an influx of new members- and some of these may come from the Mass Adoptions. We need a few more applications, so take a look at it." Was he going to mention that they would be the very children he promised to help raise? No. "One of these new members is the lion you see over here.” Vader would gesture to the barbary lion- metal arm and collared, sitting near the base of the plateau. A member of his own species, a barbary lion, mind you. Which, could raise questions, if they knew the details- Vader strategically watching one of the stronger members of Windclan, waiting until they were weak, and gave them a purpose. He'd created a soldier. “They are, codename, The Asset. A soldier like the rest of you. I will be briefing the High Positions on how to command them.”
“Moving subjects, I have made major changes to the First Order hub. " Yes, that. It was the first of several changes he would have to make. While well intended, the original purpose of the Missions sections was unused and nearly pointless- nor was it upkept. "It has been changed into a section that details the layout of the base, our armor, and the initiation mission.”
Vader waved a hand, moving the earth by his plateau, revealing mannequins in shiny new armor “In order to distinguish commanding officers on the battlefield, I have constructed new armor. We have armor to mask our faces- this is crucial for us, as other clans cannot know the truth. The armor provides limited protection, but also lets you move fluidly. Keep the armor in mind when operating in the First Order.” To the rest of the clans, if a uniformed and armored army came at them, they were not people. They were soldiers, faceless and numbered. It was much easier that way. He went down the line, left to right. “The General sports black armor. For the colonel, chrome.” Really, he was suppose to have Colonels but for the moment, he had one. “The captains receive gray armor, sergeants keep their stormtrooper armor- but it is repainted with blue markings. Stormtroopers will remain to have white armor- each set is fitted to the wearer when you take rank as stormtrooper. Cadets have different helmets. Theirs is not special, or fitted to them. When they move up in rank, they receive their personal armor.” Somewhat simple, but he liked it.
“The ‘Exiler Clause’ has been removed from the initiation mission." Now to explain that. "This clause is only in effect if there are several members in one clan. This was to avoid suspicion, as having five murders in a short amount of time would raise eyebrows. Until such a thing happens again, it is not in effect.”
“For those that do not know, the initiation mission serves for you to prove your loyalty to the Order. The only people this mission is required for, is Cadets. For them, it is not only a mission, but a test.” Vader would take a pause, then continue. “You may read all about it and everything else, here.”
“Moving on, The Foundation has decided to make an enemy of us. They are a new group, led by Gabriel Rose. They seek justice and to put people like ourselves on trial, believing they have the power to control the laws of other clans." Had that been the exact words? No. But that's what it was at the bones. Besides, propoganda. "They are flawed, corrupt, and want to destroy our Order. Super Senses has revealed to me that the Resistance has moved there as well." Public enemy number one. "They have made themselves enemies of ours.” And this would be their next target, too. “Until further notice, they are a primary target. Hunt their prey, capture their members- remind them that they hold no real power in any clan’s justice system. Remind them where they are on the bottom of the ladder.” Force them to submit, in short terms. “They may try to throw their justice system back at us- but we do not abide by another clan’s rules. We will be raiding them next week.”
“The Blackheart Rogues invited the Stadt to a party. After a discussion with their rather... biased messenger, they have let us attend as well.” Yes, Sparrow was rather salty after the confrontation in the Arcane, and wasn’t pleased with the idea of letting First Order members attending a gathering in an entirely different clan. “If anyone asks, we are with the Stadt. “High Positions, I need one of you to fill the job of writing the tl;dr’s for meetings and sending them to me. I have lagged on this job on the last three or so meetings and require a recorder. Either way, expect a meeting soon.” If no one stepped up, Vader would send them a PM about it.
“Lastly, I want us to get back into holding events and if you have any suggestions, tell me through PM.” He would settle down, and straighten up. "If no one has anything to say, that will be all."
