As the ginger haired girl leaned against the tree, she thought back to her previous morning. Well. Her parents had gone on vacation with her to India. What happened? She sat on a 12 hour flight. And thenshe had ventured off inti the jungle.
    Where was she?
    In the jungle.
    Lost.
    Alone.
She shivered as she pulled her knees up to her chest and gazed around. She had failed to make a fire, and now, even though it was warm, she was cold. With fear that is. She leaned her head back against the tree.
"What did you do, Savannah?" She muttered.

  • OOC: OMG I LOVE THOSE BOOKS!!!!! I've Read them all and I'm now reading the prequel! ;D ;D ;D ;D

    IC

Kishan watched from the shadows, he knew it would be an easy lunch, the girl couldn't do anything not even make a fire. He shook his head as he watched her, but the stepped from the shadows and sat down, just watching her from across the small clearing. He didn't move a muscle once he sat, and his amber eyes never left her. If anything the 300 year old Prince wanted to see what she would, he already knew he wouldn't harm her, she was first person other than Kadam to show up this deep into the woods.

  • FINALLY! IM NOT ALONE! :D :D :D :'( (tears of joy)
I've only read like half of the first book.
    I love Kishan nonetheless.

    Ic:

Savannah was completely unaware of the tiger in front of her. That was untils she looked right in front of her. She saw the golden eyes and could have sworn there was a black tail twitching. What was it? A panther? No. The eyes were way to high up, the tail too thick. She was thinking back to her research on big cats. A tiger?
Black tigers didn't exist they said. But here was one now.
Well. That was her closest guess since bears didn't live in India.
Anyways. Savannah slowly began patting the ground in search of a rock. Finally she found one and she slowly stood, raising the weapon like she was going to throw it.
"Get!" She yelled at the creature, even though her voice was shaky.

  • OOC: It gets so much better! I was CRYING by the end of the third book.

    IC

Kishan watched her from where he sat, he wasn't sure if she was going to throw the rock or not as prepared to jump out of the way. But when she stood up and yelled at him he didn't growl or anything. He just sat there, he calculated everything, he heard a bird whistle not to far off and his black ears perked at the noise before he bounded off. He found the bird with ease and easily killed it only to return to his exact spot and he sat down, plopping the colorful bird at the base of his feet with a soft thud. His Amber eyes returned to watching her.

  • Ooc:
I bet it does get better. But I shall read like crazy until then!

    Ic:

Savannah thought she had scared him off when he bounded away, only to watch him bound back. She threw the rock but, it only bounced off of the bird and rolled to the left of the tiger.
"I was close." She muttered. She realized that the tiger hadn't attacked her yet. Infact he had brought back a bird. Realizing he probably wouldn't attack her since he hasn't attack her yet, she sat criss cross. She watched him too.

  • OOC: You have to let me know what you think of the very end of the series, because I thought it was awesome!

    IC

Kishan inwardly smirked at the rock she had thrown and picked the bird up and padded closer to her, plopping it in her lap and then returning to his spot where he sat, he knew she wouldn't eat it raw but he also knew it was a House-Cat gesture of a gift to the owner to show affection. He brought it mainly for a peace treaty, he just wanted company. Other than Kadam who would rattle on and on about the curse and try to figure it out.

Kishan stiffened when he caught the smell of another large cat similar to Leopard he often fought with over territory. His ears laid flat as his eyes darted around, searching for the other large cat. He had a choice. He could fight the Leopard or turn and run, leaving the girl behind. HIs ears perked up at her and his eyes softened as he decided what he was going to do. He wanted a friend, and he was going to get one. He decided to stay, but became much more alert in the way he sat across the small clearing from the girl.

  • ooc; Alright

    ic

Savannah gently shoved the bird off.
"Thanks." She said to him. Well. He seemed friendly. "Im Savannah." She was losing it.
She was telling a tiger her name.
Who knew who else would do that?

  • Kishan nodded in return and then laid down across from her, putting his head on his paws, his amber eyes watching her, but his ears were listening to the sounds of the forest. He was content just watching her, he planned later that night when she was asleep to make a fire for her so she would stay warm and could at least eat something.

  • Savannah could have sworn the tiger nodded. Shaking her she studied him. He was large for a tiger, and black. His golden amber eyes were so... attracting. She couldn't pull herself to look away. Finally after she got the jitters, she looked down.
The girl jumped when she heard a twig snap from somewhere. She shivered. Why was this tiger just laying there, watching her? Was he planning on how to end her?

  • Kishan found the girl more or less beautiful and fascinating. He couldn't get it out of his as something told him to protect her. Kishan was on his feet in seconds at the sound of the twig snapping and let off a low growl as he moved silently, without any sound in front of the girl, growling in the direction of the twig snap. His amber eyes never leaving the under brush. He scented the air and knew that it was in fact the Leopard he often fought with. Probably thinks she is a good snack. Kishan thought as he watched the shadows, ready for a fight.

  • Savannah pressed herself against the tree when the tiger stood in front of her, growling. She quickly realized he was growling at the snapped twig. Was he... protecting her? She didn't know, but she relaxed when he wasn't growling at her. She peered around to study him. Finding his stripes were jet black, she recognized the pelt under the stripes was a lighter black. She shifted so now she sat on her knees, peering slightly over the tiger.

  • Kishan ignored what the girl did even though he knew perfectly well that she was know kneeling or at least no long sitting with her legs crossed like a pretzel. The Prince watched the shadows and heard a low growl return his. He let off a loud roar, a warning for the Leopard, something he often did when it was one he fought often. He saw the Leopard slink out of the shadows, head low and deep growl emitting from the other large cat. Kishan watched carefully and when the Leopard Lunged forward her lunged as well with a growl. Teeth bit into his leg as he managed clawing at the face of the Leopard, forcing it backwards. Kishan moved back to where the girl was, trying to make it obvious she was his and not the Leopard's lunch.

  • Savannah's ears rung with the roar. But now she was pressed up against the tree again, watching the fight with interest. She winced when her protector got bit. She flinched when he came back, protecting her. She would have helped, but she was way to small. So she simply watched, her shivering form against the tree.

  • Kishan lunged in this time before the Leopard could attack again, this time the two large cats ended up in a brawl of of growls, biting, and clawing. Kishan flung the Leopard off using his hind legs and got to his feet, both tattered and bleeding heavily. Kishan lept, landing squarely on the Leopard's back he dug his front claws into the shoulders of the Leopard to hold on for dear life as the Leopard tried to buck him off he bit down hard on the back of Leopard's neck as it rolled quickly, crushing him. The two large cats got up, watching the other, before the Leopard turned and ran. Kishan went back to his spot and slumped down, his head in his paws, watching where the girl was.

He figured he could fix himself eventually, but he was tired and just wanted to lay down at the moment. He had a deep gash down his front right leg and several long claw marks along his back and neck and even his hind legs. Everything hurt but his body was screaming for him to just relax for a few minutes for doing anything.

  • Savannah took pity. She stood and looked around before spotting a water filled leaf. Carefully she detached the leaf and carefully walked over to the tiger. She poured some of the water on his wounds, washing it free of dirt. Once that was finished, she gathered more leaves. Spotting the stick tree, she rubbed the goop over the edges of the leaves and placed them over his wounds, the goop sticking to his fur.
"That should keep it clean for a while." She muttered before scooting away, incase he felt the need to eat her. But he had proctected her from that leopard.
And she had helped him. Lucky for her, blood didn't bother her.

  • Kishan watched her as she tended to his wounds and only winced when she touched the long gash in his leg. He laid quickly and gave her a nod in thanks and then watched his smaller scratches on his shoulder start to disappear. He was happy that he would heal much faster due to the curse but also knew that the long gash would take the longest to heal as it was much deeper and larger than the others. His amber eyes left from where watching the scratches and then looked back at her, as if intently watching her reaction to his fast healing.

Ooc: sorry for any spelling errors I'm on my phone right now.

  • Savannah leaned forward with alarm as she watched the scratches disappear.
"Woah! Did those leaves really work that fast? Or are gou magical or something?" She asked, even though she knew he couldn't answer. She sscooted closer and watched, fascinated.

    Ooc: its cool, I understand.

  • Kishan watched her carefully, Kadam had warned him and ten of revealing themselves to anyone and he wasn't going to just turn into a man and explain everything and not be able to make a fire for her later that she could tend to during the day. He watched her lean closer and nodded yes to her questions, but knew she couldn't figure out which one he had said yes to so he put his head on his paws and continued to watch her.

Ooc: thank you for understanding :)

  • Savannah watched as all of the smaller wounds disappeared. She finally scooted back to under her tree.
"I guess... Goodnight." She said, back leaning against the tree. Soon she was asleep.

  • Kishan watched her for an hour or so and then he silently slipped into the forest, never changing from the tiger as he gathered wood and slowly and very quietly built a pile. He then silently changed in a man and man a fire, freezing in place as the light grew. He quickly changed back and went back to his spot, laying down once more and closing his eyes, but only half sleeping incase she woke or something happened.
