IC: Storm dreamed of racing to his family, but no matter how fast he ran, he couldn't catch up to them, and he heard Shell's terrified wail echo in his mind: "Storm! Help me!" "I'm trying! I can't keep up!" Storm cried.

  • Amber sighed as she heard Storm mutter in his sleep. It was her turn to keep watch and refuel the fire. She guessed it was midnight or atleast a little after. Maybe not, it was hard to tell. She nosed another branch into the fire, keeping a slow, steady burn going. She jumped as she heard another noise from Storm, which sounded distressed. She padded over and cautiously poked his arm. "Hey, wake up hotdog," she barked softly. She felt an unusual amount of concern for him, darn pity.

IC: Storm tried to awake, but something was holding him, something evil. (Maybe Sonic.EXE? The Alliance did fight him before)

  • The Floatzel put the berry into her bag, "Thanks," she murmured, then started to grab a few more branches that fell from the little "forest fire," some where partly ashened but they will do, laying into a way that her Fennekin friend taught her, the bag tucked close to her. She put her head down, the fire warmed her pelt.

  • Amber sighed and turned away from him. It wasn't like she would've been much help. She turned around and gazed off into the forest, trying to keep herself focused.

    ((Time skip?))

  • OOC: alright then

IC: Kawa awokened, the fire was out, and she felt cold. Upon getting up on her four paws, she pushed some log parts and a couple of branches and sticks into the smokes, then grabbed a stone that was next to her. "If only I had some flints..." she grumbled, as she attempted to strike a flame in the log barks.

Jengi opened one of his eye lids, slowly, everything in front of him was blurry, his lungs still felt a little clouded up but he felt fine now.

  • Amber yawned loudly and stretched out her paws, bonking Burza in his side. "Mrrph," he groaned tiredly. Amber apologized groggily, atleast that was what she was trying to do. It sounded more like a tired gurgle. Dagger was already awake and glaring at the party with mild disapproval. "Well, well. That took ya a while," he grunted before walking off into the woods. Amber gave him a quizzical glance. 'What is that furball doing,' she thought groggily. She didn't feel like getting up. With her current mindset, he could go and bring all those evil dudes over for all she cared.

IC: Storm had had a rough night, with nightmares of an unknown shadow chasing him, and being unable to return to his family.

  • She already gave up and she sat down, taking out the oran berry she was given to and munched it down.

  • After what seemed like forever, Dagger returned with an armful of berries. His mouth was stained with purple berry juice along with his paws. The berries looked as if they were a step away from falling out when he came back. "Here's your food," he growled as he dropped the berries with a huff. Amber looked up happily and poked Burza, who was busy cleaning his fur. "Hey, you brought food!" Amber barked excitedly. Burza sat up and pawed a red berry towards him. He sniffed it curiously before taking a bite out of it. "It's not poisonous, is it?" Amber joked. Burza shook his head with a slight bit of annoyance showing. Dagger glared angrily at her. Amber tilted her head and smiled mischievously. What's wrong? It looks like your staring daggers at me!" she barked mischievously. Dagger let out a small growl and snatched a berry from the pile and ate it grouchily.

IC: "And I thought Fox was the worst." Storm muttered, referencing a leader of the Storming Alliance(an anthropomorphic red fox with a very unpredictable temper) as he grabbed one himself.

  • Amber rolled her eyes playfully. "Oh come on Storm, you know I'm the most obnoxious creature to ever exist. You nearly ripped my head off when we first met," she reminded him goofily. She hiccuped and froze for a second. 'Wait a minute,' she thought. She looked over at Burza who seemed to have came to the same understanding. "I think someone poisoned Burza's berries when from the attack," she barked fearfully. That would explain why she was being so goofy. She had taken a good more than anyone else. "Oh dear, this is bad," Burza muttered as he threw all the berries in his bag away. 'I have been acting ferocious,' he realized. The two pokemon looked at each other fearfully. 'This is bad,' they thought in unison. Storm barely had any while Dagger had none, so they weren't affected. Dagger looked at them, concern flickering in his usually hard eyes. Burza looked around at the pokemon, "I believe this is aspartame poison. Those who have it experience drastic changes in their behavior while it slowly poisons the brain," he explained gravely.

  • Dagger looked at him incredulously. "The berries I gave you weren't poisonous, nitwit," he growled, "from what I understand, whoever attacked you poisoned it. Mine are fine." Burza looked very concerned and a bit queasy, though it was probably(hopefully) just his mind. Amber looked scared for possibly the first time in her life. "I think it can be fixed, but until then it will only get worse," Burza explained, "according to my mother, there is a pshychic healer near the where we are going." Dagger sighed, probably trying to look aggravated. "I guess since I'm the only unaffected pokemon here, I have to come," he grumbled.

  • Kawa's eyes widened upon hearing the news, "U-um... I have a confession..." She looked at the ground sheepishly, "I ate some...."
