"So what did you send the errand boy to do?" she asked. She had a feeling she should be getting to know everyone's names. Everyone's abilities. After all, it would be necessary to pull off the perfect grand theft or big con.

"That's classified, until you've been here a little longer," He said, opening the door to an empty room. Empty, except for a long table, and a set of chairs. "Have a seat."
-
Karmin sat down at the head of the table. She didn't think she could be penalized for that after all. There were two heads at the table, so the lower ranker could still consider it the 'end' of the table.
-
(you said gang, and I just realized I'm slowly turning it into a mob.)
"Questions?" He asked, taking a see at one end. There was room for four or five people, depending on the type.
-
OOC- either way :)
IC - "Ya, why are we in a board room?" she asked him bluntly. "I'm not use to this kind of set-up. More of a 'lets meet in a warehouse so I can leave quickly' kind of girl."
-
"It's where we run the mob, call in hits and stuff like that," He said, as another girl walked in. This one had red hair, and skin that was tinted green. She glanced at William, and then at Kamrin, and took a seat.
-
Karmin raised an eyebrow, trying to figure out what creature this girl may be. She leaned back in her chair and put her feet up on the table, nonchalantly.
-
"Scarlet is a nymph," he explained, glancing at the girl. "Scarlet, I'd like you to meet Kamrin, the girl who was almost a meal.
-
"ALMOST," Karmin muttered. "Names Karmin," she said to Scarlett with a nod. "Nice to meet you. I've been told your kind all seem to have a feud over who's getting Mr. Hugh Jackman over here."
-
"Hugh Jackman?" Scarlet asked, tilting her head slightly. "Who's he?"
-
Karmin blinked. Were nymphs all clueless? "Actor," she said. "Forget about it."
Wow, this actually may be easier than I thought, she thought to herself. -
"I haven't seen any of his movies," She said, as Will looked down with a small smile. "Maybe you could show me some?"
-
"Nah... I'm good. I've seen them enough times," she replied, looking back to Will. "So, who else are we waiting on?" she asked him.
-
"An ogre," He said, chuckling softly. "Then we'll get started. We just need you to sign something to make it official."
-
"Sign something?" Karmin raised a brow. "You know... gang aren't exactly legal, so anything I sign isn't enforceable. you know that right?"
-
"A pact," He said, giving her a small smile. "It simply stays that you won't work against the gang's best interests."
-
Now that was something Karmin could do.
"Alright, I'll sign," she told him, grinning. "But tell me, since you are the magician, is this pact magically enforced?" -
"You could say that," He said, passing it over as another man walked in. "Thirteen of the most powerful witches made it."
-
Karmin bit the inside of her cheek. "Witches.... I see..." but that wouldn't matter much. If she convinced everyone to do something before she overthrew them all, she would have no trouble.
-
"You can sign now," He said, giving her a pen.
