    Kid watched his father steadily thoughts running through his mind but he wouldn't dare ask them now. "This shouldn't be as hard as it was last time, but we should still keep are guard up. We may have dealt with it before but the madness can still effect us and who knows what this Kishin has planned this time."




    Soul gave a yawn "This'll be a piece of cake." he said giving a mischievous grin.

    "Y-Y-You're b-both i-i-idiots." Lumen murmured, but not really loud enough for anyone except maybe Jay to hear her.

    Gabrielle looked heavily excited when Death mentioned what was causing everything. She smiled brightly, and listened closely. Of course, she had only heard of a Kishin from the people she used to live with, and they made it sound so great. Damian didn't look so sure though, he felt even worse when he learned that it wasn't a normal earthquake, and his face showed it.
    "So how do we go after it?" Gabrielle called out.

    Soul high fived Black Star that mischievous grin still pulled st his lips "Me and you Black Star, first one to take the Kishin down claims the title of being number one."




    Kid sighed closing his eyes "You two are idiots..." turns his attention from the two idiots to Gabrielle. "Well seeming as its under the school we need to reach it without losing ourselves in the madness. If we are to encounter anyone, one person and their partner or Partners will stay behind to keep them busy while the others head on. Eventually when we reach the Kishin if it is to much for us to weaken we shall contain it until someone can seal it back."

    BlackStar laughed, letting go of Soul's hand quickly. "We already know who's gonna win this!"


    Yume rolled her eyes at BlackStar and Soul, but didn't say anything. She used to be just a dumb kid too. She turned her full attention to Kid. "Kid, for reasons only you and I and your father know, maybe it'd be best if you guys started out first. Lumen's capabilities could be of great help."

    Jay growled. " idiots your trying to make this a game" she said. actually you got to admire soul and black stars enthusiasm. She thought. " i gota go. If im fighting a kishin theres someone i want to tell that to." She said simply. " lumen if uou want you can come with me. This person andnyou have alot in common and inwant you to meet her " she said with her rare full smile

    She sighed. " alright lets just go. I can go see angela later" she muttered. Yes angela the witch black star was supposed to kill a long time ago was the person she wanted to see. They were sisters but not by blood.

    BlackStar heard the name, and looked directly at Jay. "Angela? Why that little witch?? She's merely a kid!" he exclaimed, some anger boiling in his blood thinking of his fights with Mifune over Angela.

    " shes my sister" she replied. " but not by blood i was adopted by her family after my parents died. Our families were friends which is rare for a family of witches to be friends with a weapons family. Thats why i think theres a way to live with witches. " she smiled.

    Soul smirked "Might as well have some fun with it, let's just hope it's a little bit challenging." he said looking at the group. He knew that if he could get Black Star to join in this game it would lighten the mood a little bit, possibly even help keep the madness from effecting them right away. He glanced over to Maka and raised a brow she looked a little shaken "You alright Maka?" he asked quietly as to not bring attention to her.


    Kid nodded "Lumen can be an advantage but let's not allow the Kishin to figure it out until the last moment." he said glancing over at Black Star and Soul with a sigh. He had to admit their enthusiasm could help keep this madness from effecting them right away. Instead of focusing on not getting the madness they would be focused on the game at hand.

    Maka looked over at Soul, and nodded. "I'm alright. My head hurts a bit, but it's probably just the madness around Death City."


    Yume grinned at Soul. He always knew how to lighten the mood, while all BlackStar did was try and frustrate people.

    Soul gave a cool smile "Alright if your okay let's get going, I don't want to lose to this guy." he said coolly glancing back at Black Star "Good luck." He then stuffed his hands in his pockets walking out of the room his eyes closed thoughtfully.

    BlackStar tugged on Yume, and pointed at Soul and Maka. "C'mon!"


    Yume cocked her head. "What about Tsubaki??"

    Soul chuckled hearing Black Star behind him his shark like teeth pulled into a grin.




    Kid sighed shaking his head then followed "Come on Liz and Patty."




    Tsubaki bit her lip "Black Star shouldn't we see if everyone is ready?"

    " yea i was the one that hired him." She replied. Simply.
    She turned to soul. "Right" she said her cheeks flushed with pink. She then looked to lumen. " remember your going to need to change my sword form if you need a defense and change it back to an attack sword. Although i might have to change my sword form to protect you if your not quick enough" she told her.
