He was certainly surprising her. Most demons were cold, heartless and certainly not gentle, nor caring. This one was though, hence why her curiosity pricked, a few oddities running through her mind momentarily. "I do not wear shoes often. They disconnect me from the ground." It was true, when she lacked fabric and rubber undertow, she was able to get around anywhere, easily finding her way places, as if her connection with the ground were to guide her. Like a compass. "Why do you ask?" Cecelia suddenly questioned, tilting her head to the side gently.

Cecelia let out a gentle sigh, knowing very well where his home was already. She just felt the need to clarify, "Where is home for you?" Without even having to think about it, she knew, indeed it was. With that, she turned her gaze downwards, highly apologetic for her state of previous words. "Apologies.." Cecelia merely mentioned, nodding her head gently in accompaniment.
