• Hawkpaw looked at the other's in confusion, Clawberry in particular. She looked so... familiar, like she knew her from somewhere. She scooted a bit closer, not trying to interrupt, and sniffed in the direction of the cat. Her scent was familiar too.

  • While Clawberry awaited a response from Ghostwhisper, she could help but feel like someone was watching her. Taking her eyes off Ghostwhisper, Clawberry's eyes drifted over to an apprentice that seemed all too much interested in her. Clawberry's dull eyes gave the apprentice a cool stare. "Can I help you?" she mewed. The scent that trailed into her nostril was oddly familiar. A scent she hadn't smelled in a long time.

  • Sleetpaw nearly jumped out of his skin. He was not expecting someone to confront him. He bit back a yelp, and took a deep breath to slow his heartbeat. The strangely, yet beautifully, coated feline looked at Bouncepaw. "You scared me half to death!" He whispered, his voice low enough not to be heard by the group he was listening to. "I'm listening to Lynxstar and the other leader's conversation, to see if I can get any information." The sly apprentice whispered again. "I'm..." He trailed off as he wondered for a moment which name he should tell him. "Sleetpaw." He decided.

He is fairly the most hostile one here and knows if you were a threat that he shouldn't bring you here. You were simply brought here because he was outnumbered and couldn't drive you out alone. He may be a medicine cat, but he doesn't play nice with others." Lynxstar mewed, turning his sharp gaze on the muscular white tom for a heartbeat. "We don't want, nor need your clan's help. You made quite the effort coming here, but alas it was a waste because I will not agree to WhisperClan being allies with NettleClan" he spat, standing quickly. [/fancypost]

  • Sleetpaw saw his leader abruptly stand, and he pulled Bouncepaw's tail in with his paw, putting his own against the other apprentice's mouth. He needed him to stay silent so they wouldn't be found. His heart hammered in his ears as he nearly held his breath.

If you don't already know, this stone above is called the NettleStone. It is the ancient stone of NettleClan that was once used in place of a Moonpool. It is no longer used for that, but instead it is inside the pool of water in camp as an artifact.

  • Hawkpaw gasped and looked at her paws, her face overcome with horror and guilt. "Yes, I-I know you." She looked up at Clawberry and sighed, "I'm... my name was... is... Hawkpaw." She finished, looking up at her sister with guilt and suspension.

The Highlander tom took no notice of Steelflame and Clawberry "We outnumber you right now so even your most skilled warriors are lost at multiple attackers. I'd be careful who you speak to like that, I believe you would be just as proud of your clan if it was of this size. Now, you're in my territory and i believe its time for you and your warriors to leave" he concluded, his pale leaf-green orbs seemingly calm, but held a notable flash of hostility in them [/fancypost]

  • Feverstar eyes darkened and gave Lynxstar a threatening stare. "Don't you ever underestimate NettleClan, Lynxstar, because one day you may think your Clan is prowling to the highest rock, when your next step might lead to an avalanche and guess who'll be on the firm ground." she challenged. "NettleClan is not one to make enemies with and if you think that your clan would be honored of taking out the leader and some of our best on a simple, friendly visit to our neighboring clan, you may be a little more than disappointed." she hissed.

Clawberry took a step back when hearing the apprentice's name. "H-Hawkpaw....my sister had that name....She died, moons ago." she mewed with disbelief, looking around frantically as if trying to find an answer.

  • "Yeah, and my sister abandoned me with the rest of my clan." She scoffed, flicking her tail. "After the warriors of that clan tried to drown me and my leader." She looked at her paws, "I was nearly dead."

  • Clawberry's voice started to become more breathy as she was beginning to piece everything together now. "I was told my sister drowned........" Clawberry said, her eyes going every-which-way for answers. Finally, Clawberry made eye contact with Hawkpaw. "Hawkpaw?" she asked and stood a swift step forward and licked the she-apprentice's face with affection, which she hadn't done since she was young. "Hawkpaw, they told me you drown...how...why..." she hesitated.

Smirking now, the tom strode over to the entrance of the camp cave, where the forest began "Now as much as i would love to drill into your defensive side, I believe its your time to leave my territory" [/fancypost]

  • Feverstar flicked her tail with annoyance at the leader. She had never, in all her days, had a conversation with a leader quite like this. "I guess I just wasted my Clan's time coming here." Feverstar spat at Lynxstar, turning away from him. "There's a thing called being open-minded. You should try it sometime, it may do you some good." she added, getting all razzled up over the way she and her Clan was treated by the tomcat. Lynxstar's words made Ghostwhisper seem like a nice cat, maybe she was wrong to come here in the first place, but she still had three more stops before going back home to her own territory. Feverstar padded over to her warriors, calming herself down so that they must not see her like that. She gave Steelflame and Clawberry a look of frustration, telling them that things did not go too well. "It's time we go to WildClan." she directed them. She then turned to Ghostwhisper, giving him a dip of her head as thanks. "Thank for taking the time to bring us here, Ghostwhisper, I'm sure our medicine cats, Spottedfire, Tangleberry, Tempestfall and Paletuft will be delighted to hear of another medicine cat of a different Clan." she mewed to him, before beginning to walk out of their camp, whether or not her warriors were following.

  • FrozenPaw

After greeting his new mentor FrozenPaw padded across the clearing to where his brother was hiding not so subtly(to him at least). Despite the warm welcome he could help feeling uneasy among all these new cats. He nodded a brief greeting to sleetpaw before speaking to his BouncePaw "What's going on" he hissed.

    FernPaw

FernPaw crept out from where she had been hiding in the corner after seeing the NettleClan warriors leave. She had never liked new cats and certainly not ones from other clans that she barely knew. She looked around for her mentor FlickeringLights hoping to get some training done as she was beginning to feel guilty for not doing anything to help her clan yet.

  • Sleetpaw jumped again. This time he wasn't so quiet. A shrill squeak emitted from his throat, and he covered his mouth with one of his paws. He silently glared at Frozenpaw a bit, before looking to Lynxstar and praying that he was heard.

  • "Dunno!" Bouncepaw whispered back with a grin. "This is Sleetpaw. I think it has something to do with those two..maybe something about the Clans?" he assumed, squirming a bit to get into a more comfortable position. He let out a small, quiet yawn. "Whatever it is, it must be really serious! I haven't really been paying attention, though."

  • Hawkpaw shook her head, "I... I tried to protect our leader from those violent traitors, and they tried to kill us both. They told you I was dead because they thought it was true." She shuddered. "I tried to kill Owltongue for attacking the leader." She sighed.
    (Where should Aurorafall come in?)
