If you don't already know, this stone above is called the NettleStone. It is the ancient stone of NettleClan that was once used in place of a Moonpool. It is no longer used for that, but instead it is inside the pool of water in camp as an artifact.
Located near the clan that started everything, Pansystar's brith clan, NettleClan lives in a pinewood forest near a lake in a forest canyon. There are snowy mountains near their border. The forest is fresh, new prey is stocked up inside the dense forest. The smell of pine cones and their trees. Lake water also twines in smells of the territory. There are many pools of water located inside the forest, but not all of them are as popular. The camp is located close to the center of the forest, near the gentle waterfall inside.

This waterfall is located partly inside the camp. It's fresh spring water, that allows cats to drink from it. It's always cool and shallow, so cats can rest inside of it on a hot day. Small fish swim in the pool, but most of the time, the Clan cats just leave them alone, because they aren't that appetizing.

To the farthest side of the territory, closest to the border between LotusClan and NettleClan, is the location of the mystical MoonFalls. This is where medicine cats go to talk to StarClan. This is also the place where leaders receive their nine lives from their ancestors. The water is a crystal blue at night when the moon shines its rays upon the water. It's truly a sight to see!

The Slanted Rock is where the Clan has it's meetings. The Slanted Rock is located at the very back of the camp, in one of the corners. It faces the center of the camp, where the fresh-kill pile is located. Beside it is where the leaders sleep and beside that is where the deputies and beta-deputies sleep.
The warriors' den is located right beside the waterfall. It's a pretty massive den, the largest in the Clan. Since the water from the waterfall flows over top of the den, the den stays nice and cool for the cats during the warm summers.![]()
The smallest den in the clan is still rather large. That would be the Nursery. The entrance makes the den look like it'll be very cramped inside, but in reality, the den goes a little underground, kind of like a cave, so there is plenty of space for many kits to be running around inside.

The Medicine Den is located closest to the entrance of camp, but yet it's still a little ways from it. Most the other dens are located to the back of the camp, which is where the brambles and thorns grow the tallest and where the tree line is the thickest. The medicine den isn't as secured by the forest as the rest of the dens, but it has a stone frame that keeps it together and earth piled on top to keep it warm in the winter.
The Training Hollow is located a little ways outside the camp. Most mentors don't use those grounds to train their apprentices, because the ground is usually very damp and there are sharp sticks laying all across the hollow. Also, there have been several badger spottings in that area and there are some rat dens in the trees in the hollow, so it's not the safest place in the territory to train an apprentice, but the hardcore mentors normally take their apprentices there.
There is a place located near the west border where a large slope of lands becomes somewhat like a stone hill. It's incredibly steep, but it also has holes in it. It's kind of like a jungle gym for apprentices to play on. It's a pretty safe spot, since the borders are marked so predators typically don't trespass there. This place doesn't really have a name, but if you were to call it anything it would probably be The Stone Hill or Stone Palace.

His fur had been risen as a defense mechanism, as she knew all too well. Feverstar gave the tomcat a faded smile as she looked to him. Her fluffy coating was slightly blowing with the wind. "I am. I am Feverstar of NettleClan. I have come to speak with your leader about the terms of our relationship with one another's clans." she mewed. Her nostrils twitched smelling a stale scent of herbs on the tomcat, right away, she came to the conclusion that this tom was the medicine cat. "From the scent that you carry, I assume you are the medicine cat?" she pointed out. [/fancypost] |
