One look at you and I knew my life was about to change (gxb)(pafp)

I smiled at him before grabbing his hands "I can't wait for this class to end so we can go to my place and hang out." I said with my smile growing. I looked at Mr. Smith who was giving us a dirty look. I let out a small laugh before letting go of his hands "I don't think Mr. Smith likes us much." I said. He blew the whistle and class began. Today, we had to run a mile at the track that was right outside of the gym. I let out a small groan before standing up straight. "I hate running miles" I said in a low voice.

I nodded "Sure" I said before grabbing one of his hands again since Mr. Smith was in the front of the big group of gym students. I hated how the teacher wouldn't let us do something small like this. It's not like we were killing each other. Just holding hands. Nothing bad.

I nodded "Probably" I whispered back. I opened the door and stepped outside into the surprisingly warm autumn air. I smiled before looking up at Jacob. "Don't be surprised if I happen to run a little faster than you." I said before entering stepping onto the track and letting go of his hand seconds before Mr. Smith looked at us.

I nodded with a smile before heading to where we normally started and waited for the whistle. Once I heard it I began to run. I didn't start to fast. I was just running a little faster than a jog. I wanted to save my energy for when I was on my last lap.

I ran on the inside of the track so I wouldn't have to run as much "I think we run four." I said trying to remember how big the track was. "Yeah. Four."

"It's not that bad. It just means that we get to hang out and talk more." I said while looking at him. I heard an 'awe' come from behind us and I looked away with a very light shade of pink. I just faced ahead with my ponytail moving side to side with every step I took. We finished our first lap and I felt a little better.

Once I got my blushing under control I looked up at Jacob "It's up to you. Ask me a question." I said as we finished the second lap. I waited for his reply patiently, letting him think. I was starting to feel tired and I was on the verge of sweating. Today was a nice day but maybe not for running a mile.

I thought for a minute before looking up at him "Sixth grade" I said before looking ahead. I was scared for his response. What if he thought I was weird and decided to break up with me. I let out a quite sigh as we finished our third lap.

"I was scared. I mean, wall flowers normally don't talk to people. Basically, we are consider the unnoticeables." I said before stopping when we finished and walked to the fence "I didn't want to scare you away" I said before looking at the ground.

I looked up at his perfect face and into his beautiful brown eyes before smiling. I was tempted to hug him but I could already feel the teachers eyes on us. "Smith sees us. Don't take your arm away." I said as the whistle blew. I wanted to show Mr. Smith that his stupid little glared wouldn't split us up anymore. We walked inside and I stayed close to Jacob as we walked. I walked into the girls locker room before changing and heading towards the long hallway where we stood as I pulled out my ponytail.
