/hello! This is the weekly workout plan. This will be going on for a good amount of time, and if you comepltly this in any week you'll get a badge!
Day one: 15 laps around the camp
Day two: 25 push ups, 25 curl ups or crunches, 5 rock climbs (climb the rock that Sak was climbing the other day)
Day three: 5 laps around the territory, 10 push ups or curl ups or crunches in between each lap
Day four: tree climbing for 30 minutes
Day five: do as many consecutive push ups and curl ups as you can
Day six: day four+Rick climbing for 30 minutes
Day seven: do at least 3 of the previous day's workouts (ex. Days 1 3 and 5)
