Shade woke up suddenly, he pressed up against her, "It's okay... I forgive you." he said as he purred at her.

she looked more like a kit, now than ever as she pressed against him, closer.
"thanks. i joke alot, and others get hurt." -
"Oh.. Okay." he said as he looked up at her, he felt safe with her, even in a forest he didn't know.

she shoved his shoulder, then jumped in the river.

Shade gasped for a second, then he ran back to the barn, intending not to get wet this time.

she laughed loudly and got out, padding back to the barn.

Shade yawned, he climbed back up onto his stump outside the barn, he slowly closed his eyes.

Shade slept peacefully on his stump, without a care in the world.

her emerald eyes looked around.

Shade let out a tiny snore, and he rolled over in his sleep.

Shade heard her laugh and he woke up, "Oh, hi Willow." he said as he laid back down, he was still kind of tired.

"Whatcha doin'?" he said as he yawned.

"Ah... Okay?" he said a bit confused, he closed his eyes slowly knowing he still probably wouldn't get back to sleep.
