WindClan was the home that took him in. They were his family. And he didn't think he could ever leave them. But right now he didn't want to be there. His best friend in the world, the girl he had a crush on, had died recently. He just wanted to get away for a little while. So he figured a dual-membership would be perfect for just that. Though he had a dual-membership in the past and that didn't work out, he was willing to try it again in a different clan.

"I, Showpaw, wish to join BlizzardClan in a dual-membership with WindClan."

After saying that with a faint yet genuine smile, the cream classic tabby waited by the border for someone to welcome him the the clan. Hopefully this would go well and help him grieve of the loss in peace without his clanmates in WindClan pestering him to see if he was okay. He loved them, but he needed some time away from them.

"welcome, then. it's a pleasure to meet you, showpaw. the name's calleis." she murmured as she approached, wings shufflings on her back.

  • [align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px;][font=arial][justify][size=8]"Thank you very much, Calleis. Y'know what, I'm just gonna call you Calli." He said calmly as he stood up and stretched. Showpaw's attention was quickly redirected to Autumn though. The smile widened on his face and he nodded. "Hey Autumn. Mmhmm, didn't expect to see you 'round here." The apprentice stated. He remembered when Autumn was first born, the only surviving one of his litter. Back when he was a kit himself, if he recalled correctly. He was a trooper in Showpaw's eyes. Hopefully the kid wouldn't bring up Camerapaw, though there wasn't much he could do to stop him if he did. It was so recent and sudden after all.

  • [align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px;][font=arial][justify][size=8]Oh, whoops. Was his memory getting worse? He knew his name started with an A and reminded him of the fall season. Showpaw's ears went back in embarrassment and a nervous smile replaced his warm one. "Oh. Ah, sorry 'bout that!" He said, lowering his head as he felt his face heat up from the humiliation of the mistake he had made.

  • "It's fine. At least..." He trailed off. He was going to say, 'At least you didn't make fun of my face', but didn't finish. Something popped into his mind. "Do you... or did you... know Cam...? She was so nice to me and did you know..." He looked up at him.

[size=8][color=#ECDBBC]"A-Ah! Welcome! Ask Tama if you need anything!" The head paladin would give a euphoric chirp towards the newcomer, happy to see another fresh face.

  • [align=center][fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px;][font=arial][justify][size=8]A visible frown developed on the boy's maw upon hearing the nickname of Cam. His heart sunk, and his gaze threatened to fall onto his paws. But when Tama had approached the male's frown vanished and he nodded in response. "Thank you, thank you. Where might I find this Tama individual you speak of? Not that I have any questions of course, just uh, in case I do think of any?" Showpaw asked the head paladin, unaware that Tama was in fact her, and that she referred to herself in third person.

[size=8][color=#ECDBBC]Seeing their misunderstanding, Tama would shake her head and point a single paw towards herself. "Tama is Tama!" She'd give a happy chirp. Of course, she didn't exactly know how to explain but.. She was hoping that he'd understand somehow. Her odd speaking habit was.. Yet to be corrected. She didn't believe that she'd ever lose such a habit, especially seeing as it was engraved into her speech.

"She's Tama," Mary said, looking at the head paladin. She had never been too confused with how she spoke before; she was just used to it, since Tama had always spoken like that.
