    Jorrel had finally been allowed out of the hospital. He was forced to go to therapy once a week just so he could talk about how bad he messed up with Leetha. He had no clue that he had gotten that girl pregnant. And it had already been a few months.


    Dylan had been bonding more with Jackson. Making sure he felt included beause the other sibling had. had a lot of attention when he was ill. Thank god he was fine now.

    ((Aww, thank you! You're so sweet. I just finished exams and it's finally summer but my head's still swimming like I have things to do, even though I don't lol!))


    Letha burped little Alec, who wasn't so little anymore. He was five months old - getting bigger every day. He was just starting to sit up on his own, and could recognize his own name when she said it. Letha watched Dylan play with Jackson and smiled.

    Jackson was abletowalk.Now being a year and a bit old. Dylan picked Jackson up. "Time to seedaddy"he forced a smile but the. Whole situation was wearing him down. He couldnt take the baby..itcried and it smelt and he hadnt had much slep

    Letha got Alec dressed. Today would be the first day that Alec got to meet his real father. She had held it off so long, because she didn't think he was ready - when really, she was the one who wasn't. She was actually slightly nervous. She secured both of the boys into their car seats, then got into the driver's seat.

    Dylan was glad of the break. Jorrel had cleaned up his apartment. He was nervous like hell to meet Alec. He was scared, Alec wouldnt know who he was. And ivy kept trying to contact him but he didnt know why she wouldnt leave him alone. She was a drunk,high mistake.

    Letha waved Alec goodbye as she pulled out of the driveway, then made her way to his place. Their old place. She wondered what it looked like, after so many months. She thought of Ivy often - the frantic girl in the hallway; the innocence displayed on her face. She hated Ivy. She hated herself. She couldn't stop thinking lowly about herself.

    Jorrel hadnt changed much, it was allkindof thesame. He made sure there was no alcohol in the house or any pills. He was doing everything he could to prove it could be a good dad. He heard the doorbell and opened the door slowly to see Ivy "i already told you...leave me alone" But she bargedin "im carrying your chhild."she spat as it was obvious by the bump. He stayed in shockfora while. Then he moved her to the bedroom.

    Letha pulled up to the old house, then gulped. She put on a fake face for her children, then parked and got out. She carried Alec in a carrier, and Jackson on her hip. As she walked to the front door, she couldn't help but notice a strange car. She brushed it off and placed the carrier down gently on the cement, then knocked with her free hand.

    Jorrel losed the bedroom door so she wouldn't be seen before answering the door, He forced a small smile to Leetha and gently piked Jackson up "om right in"He said as he walked to the sofa "Daddy"Jackson smiled as he lung to him. Jorrel gently put him down as he sat down "Look how big you got buddy" He was trying to seem ok, but Ivy had shocked him and know he knew he had mesed up his enire family because of that night.

    Letha picked up Alec and awkwardly came inside. She looked around, noticing small details that would've bugged her if she still lived here: the forgotten crumbs by the sink, the disproportionate pillows on the couch. She went over to the kitchen counter and placed the carrier on it, then genty took out Alec and held him protectively in her arms. She turned to Jorrel and Jackson.

    Jorrel hated how awkward it seemed he just wanted everything to be normal but he didnt know how to tell Leetha that Ivy was pregnant. He watched her with a baby...his baby who he had never seen..and he was already five months old. He felt anxious and worried that he would mess up

    Letha looked down at Alec as she quietly made her way over to Jorrel. She looked up at him once she got closer. She could smell the familiar smell of Jorrel. "Would you like to hold him?" She said softly, the corner of her lips curving into a teeny, reassuring smile.

    Jorrel bit his lip his nerves going up as she got closer. "um...sure.."he held out his arms gently taking Alec from her arms. The moment he saw Alecs face he felt a bond and he almost started crying. Jackson got up and walked to the bedroom

    Letha didn't mind what Jackson was doing, because this was still his home and he could do what he liked. She watched him walk out of the corner of her eye, just to make sure if he fell she'd be over there to pick him back up. She then looked at Jorrel and Alec and could visably see their bond, which made something inside her chest warm.

    "Hows he been since he got discharged?"Jorrel asked as he kept rocking his son. He didnt look away since he wanted to have all the time in the world with him. He played with his small hands and smiled when his eyes ooened. Jackson opened the door to see the woman he frowned "Who?"he said before crying and running to leetha

    Letha was about to answer when Jackson came running. She bent down and picked him up. "What's wrong Jackson?" She frowned, then peered over to the bedroom door. She moved so she could see in, and her eyes landed on the girl. The warm feeling in her chest was gone. "We should go." She said quietly.

    Jorrel instantly knew what he had seen "Leetha...dont go please. I didnt know she was pregnant...she was just a drunken mistake..i was stupid andi thought you didnt love me anymore"He pleaded holding Alec protectivly since he didnt want to say goodbye. Jackson clung to her "she not mommy....she cant be with daddy"

    Letha didn't notice her bump until he said she was pregnant. Heat filled her chest again - this time, it wasn't pleasant. She turned to Jorrel. "I can't believe you." She said quietly, trying not to let her voice break. She knew about them hooking up, but she didn't know that she was pregnant. "Why is she even here? Why is she here in your room." She shook her head. "Of course Is still loved you Jorrel. I always love you. Just because we're in a bad spot doesn't mean I'd leave you." Her voice broke.

    Jorrel felt tears run down his cheeks "im...so...so..sorry...she wanted me to be a good dad...i meanthats all i am but ....it wasnt meant to be like this....i just wanted to be the father to your...our kids Letha....but i have to be there...i have to fix this...for that baby cause its not her fault"he said slipping up on the fact he knew it was a girl from Ivy speaking to him. "i always did love you...i always do"he admitted

    Letha put Jackson down gently, then went over to Jorrel and gingerly picked up Alec from his arms. She didn't say a word, just put Alec in his carrier and picked up Jackson again. "We have to go." She mumbled, then walked out the door.
