  • Hikari watched, looking overjoyed at the fact she managed to get them to split on their own! She readied a fight in case the one that didn't appear to be the one who had control tried to attack. She swam down the the blue tear-shaped Gem (something told her it was a Lapis Lazulli...wonder where that came from.) and waited.

Garnet and Amethyst were both amazed at the fact Hikari had peacefully convinced Lapis and Jasper to un-fuse. They readied for an attack however.

  • Being extremely weak from holding a fusion together, Lapis couldn't do much but just float there. The young gem looked up at Hikari and was about to say something, when she was grabbed and dragged back down deeper into the depths of the sea.
Steven gasped, "LAPIS! Jasper's got her! We need to save her, she's too weak to fight back!" He yelled, he really wished he could pop this bubble and go himself.
Pearl summoned her spear and she clenched it tight. "After all this, Jasper still hasn't gaven up."

  • Hikari snarled angrily.
"Shelly!" She roared, the enormous blue sea turtle Carracosta appearing beside her, having arrived from the bag that had appeared for a split second. Hikari jumped out of Ocean (even in the few seconds her human self was exposed she could feel the weight of the sea crushing her, it made her grunt), as the Lapras was more sea Transportation than a proper fighter and Soul Bonded herself to Shelly, creating ist merged form. She swam after Jasper, curling herself into a ball and bursting at the much larger Gem in a powerful Rollout. At the same time she was trying to not hit Lapis by accident.

  • When Hikari separated, Pearl panicked, worried for the human. "Oh! Hikari! Are you ok? This deep in the ocean could kill you." She said swimming up to the teenager.
Steven looked over at Hikari, he would bubble her if it came to that.
Lapis squirmed around in Jasper's grasp, she looked up at the sea creature coming toward them. Is it helping or trying to kill us? She thought, her wings formed from behind her back and she used them to pull away from Jasper, which ended up working.
Jasper growled and she swung to grab Lapis' leg, but failed when the Pokemon rammed into her.

  • Hikari swung around and pulled out breifly from her mad Spinning, getting in between Lapis and Jasper in a protective manner of Lapis. She managed to concentrate on Jasper.
"If you want a battle then fine! I'll entertain you!" She snarled, before curling up and throwing herself at the large Gem again, it had grown stronger then the first time she used it.

  • Jasper growled and she summoned her helmet and dodged the attack, "what are you going to do? It takes a lot more than that to poof me." She growled, even though she was still able to fight, she was very weak.
Steven spotted Lapis and he waved his arms, "Lapis over here!! Come here quick!" He called, the water gem responded by quickly swimming over to the boy, her wings helping her move better. "I would hug you, but I would drown." Lapis didn't understand what he meant, but she assumed it was what humans did in water.

  • Jasper clenched her fists and she stayed where she was at, going to face this hybrid thing head on.

  • Hikari smashed into Jasper with everything she had.

"Oooooh she's having all the fun!" Amethyst pouted, folding her arms, then a large cloud of dust and rubble flew out the crevice.
"Woah! She might need help down there!"
"No! We stay where we are." Garnet interrupted.
"There's a chance she can beat Jasper on her own. A big one, and our primary goal has been achieved already." Garnet said, glancing at Lapis like she was fully aware of the fact she could still attack them.
"I knows sorry won't suffice for anything we did to you Lapis, but for now that's all we can give."

  • Jasper gasped, that was actually surprisingly more powerful than she expected. But in respond she grabbed onto Hikari and held onto her. "Is that all you got? That same move? I have a similar move just as powerful." She mocked, though she couldn't use it since she was underwater.

Lapis looked over at the Crystal Gems and she glanced back at Steven who was giving her a big smile. She didn't know if they were serious, but they sounded like it to her. So she responded with a smile and as all nod, "I'm sorry too."
Pearl was relieved that Lapis seemed a bit more comfortable with them, and even forgiving them. "And we're grateful to see that you're ok."

  • It seemed that in holding into her, Japser had given her the opportunity to finish her rollout.
"Downside to using Rollout id that I'm stuck until I attack five times. You just finished the fifth attack for me." She grinned, raising one of her flippers and casuing stones to come flying at Jasper in a Stone Edge attack.

  • "What? What are you talking about?" Jasper didn't understand, but she soon figured it out, when the stones fell down. Failing to dodge, the stones hit her many times, she growled and moved back. "What is this?! Are you a gem?" With these attacks that was the only explanation.

  • "No. I'm just not from around here and don't want to see a world burn. If defeating you is inolved then so be it. Even if I'd prefer a more peaceful resolution." Hikari replied, charging up a powerful glow in front of her before unleashing a powerful Hydro Pump.

  • Jasper got blasted back and she clenched onto her chest, baring her teeth. "You little brat!! I am just following orders, and I will stop anything that gets in my way from completing them." She growled, this was tougher than she thought, she was on the urge of poofing but she was holding back from it.

  • Hikari actually got hit by some of Jaspers attacks, it resulted in her flying into one of the side pillars of the cave. She shook her head and growled, then noticed that heir battle had destroyed a lot of them. If they continued like this the whol cave could collapse on both of them.
"Do you want to follow those orders?! Look around you does Homeworld have anything like Earth?!" She shouted, deciding to try and make a peaceful resolution.
"The only things that Homeworld has given me is oppression! I don't care how many times you tell me I'm wrong I will search for the truth!" She yelled.
"What do you want?! Have you ever even thought about that?!"

  • Jasper looked around and she clenched her teeth, "yes, this planet does have much more than Homeworld." She replied, the only thing they had on their planet that made them better was their technology. The mention of what she wanted was something she never actually looked at. "No, I don't want anything....I-I have everything I want." She lied, then she realized what Hikari was doing and she growled. "Wait a minute! You're trying to make me change, just like you did to Lapis!"

  • "I didn't make Lapis do anything!" Hikari snapped back.
"All I did was give her a choice. Whatever she did afterwards was entirely her own decision." She explained firmly, flickering her flippers a bit. She knew that Steven influenced Lapis a lot, the first friend she could have in a long time. Jasper was going to be a lot of work to fix.
"This cave is unstable from our fight. The way I see it is either we continue and it collapses on both of us, crushing me to death and smashing your Gem into tiny pieces or I at least give you options to work with."

  • Jasper growled, knowing she was right. "Fine....give me your options." She replied, folding her arms. At first she thought she had powers to change the minds of gems, but that was proven wrong.

  • Hikari inwardly sighed with releif. Finally she was calm enough to listen to reason. Shelly, who had been with her the whole time was congratulating her happily.
"You keep doing what you did before. Unfortunetly the rest of the Gems won't spare you like I have and we'll be enemies." She said, her eyes shining with seriousness.
"You go your own way and try to make it on this planet by yourself. I can't guarentee no violent confrontations but on the bright side we won't be trying to kill eachother." She listed off the second Option, labelling it in her head as the most likely Option. Give someone time and they might grow fond of this world like the Crystal Gems did.
"Or, you can look at the Crystal Gems and hear what they have to say. Especially Steven, he's easily forgiving as far as I can tell."

  • Jasper listened to this options, most of them she didn't like. But the mention of Steven, made her curious. "Listen to the Crystal Gems? Maybe that is the better option. I don't know anything about this planet, and if I go on my own, I have no idea how that will work out. And you say this Steven forgives easily? Which one is Steven?" She asked, she still thought that Steven was Rose Quartz.
