Icepaw flicked her tail, beckoning Mirrorpaw over. Aurorapaw noticed her sisters talking and came over to join them. "Hey, guys."
"Hi, Aurorapaw." Mirrorpaw chirped.
"Where's Aztecpaw?"
"Where do you think?" Icepaw gave her the 'that was a stupid question' look.
"Nursery." Mirrorpaw and Aurorapaw said in unison.
"Of course." Aurorapaw meowed. "Hey, guys, do you want to go for a hunt? Or a swim? Or something?" Aurorapaw was just itching to get out of camp, and she didn't know why.
"Calm down." Aztecpaw's raspy yet singsong voice made the three of them jump. "Gossip circle, eh? Mind if I join?"
"Not at all. We were just thinking about going hunting. We were going to come to the nursery to tell you, and to remind you you're not a queen yet-" Aztecpaw cut Icepaw off mid-sentance
"You stop it!" Aztecpaw licked her paw embarrasedly. "I can't keep myself away, now you hush up about it, or you'll be dealing with the wrong end of my claws!"
"Shut up, you guys." Aurorapaw batted Icepaw over the ear. "What'll we do? Maybe we can try and be social for once and talk to other apprentices in the clan, other than just us."
"Who'd want to talk to me?" Mumbled Mirrorpaw nervously.
"You shut up, too, Mirrorpaw. You know we all love you!" Aurorapaw licked her sister's cheek and smiled. "Besides, if you'd give them a chance, I'm sure other cats would, too." Mirrorpaw shot Aurorapaw a fearful glance, before looking out again.
"Yeah, sure."
