    "Glad we're on the same page," I walked away soundlessly then turned around. I ran as fast as I can and jumped above Adele, grabbing the back of her shirt harshly. I zoomed upwards then stopped abruptly, hovering over the clearing. "Rule one, never make me angry while holding you in the air."


    I soared smoothly to wear I detected the howl. I narrowed my eyes below, trying to catch even the strangest of things. I held Adele by the hood of her shirt with one hand while I dug through my bag. I took out an object that looked like one of those things that detectives use except it was square. I shoved it in Adele's hands. "Dont drop it," I snarled. "Or I'll drop you."

    I held Adele by one hand now as I grabbed the object from her hands and looked through it. I narrowed my eyes down at the bird carving, the same one the I made when I discovered Adele's spellbooks. I though fit would drive the reapers in the opposite direction, I guess it didn't work. They found me.


    "Hope you like rollercoasters," I hissed in her ear. "Have fun. " I let go of her hold, watching her thrash around in the air. She screamed as I placed the transparent object back in my bag and sealed it tightly with one tug of the rope. I stared down at the panicky Adele, whom in which wasn't even in the canopy yet. Whimp.


    I pressed my wings to my back and bolted down to Adele.
    I grabbed her by her foot and I grinned. "How was the ride?"

    "Fine but I herd you call me a wimp which I am not and also Clawdeen howls to my scream so I screamed." Then a howl came through the forest. "She was taken her that way. Let's go. Don't tell me your scared to take me up again or go into the DARK FOREST!

    I shook my head and began to fly in the direction the howl came from. "So which arena were you trained in?"


    I chuckled slightly.

    "You properly won't know it but if you really want to know it was...." I trailed off. I tried again"It was.....it was experiment eclipse mountain arena. I trained to rescue experiments from the lab simulator. How did you get stuck with me? They never told me."

    I narrowed my eyes as the Dark Forest came into view. Bulky creatures ran in and out of the forest, often dragging prisoners or cages. They wore metal armour, or so they say, with tattoos on their faces and bodies depending on their story. I remember them and their cruel ways of life. I remember everything...


    I tilted onto my secondary wing and soared to the left, there were trees in that direction. I dropped Adele onto a thick branch.

    I ignored Adele and stared at the ocean. I looked towards the right and stretched out my wings, letting the cool air cool them down. "Have you ever been in the Dark Forest," I said with a neutral tone. "Have you ever seen of their soldiers?"


    Ashton. We don't have time for this. Get Clawdeen then go to New York.
