Carli soon fel asleep in his arms loving his presence again.

Waking up in the middle of the night, he sits upright, looking down at the sleeping presence next to him. Kissing her forehead he pads downstairs and makes a cup of hot tea to calm his nerves.

Carli woke up when she felt she was alone in the bed. She got up and silently walked downstairs "Please...Arrow talk to me. We are supposed to be getting married soon.."She sighed going over to him and wrapping her arms gently around him.

He rubs her back, looking out the window on the front lawn. "Tomorrow he'll be starting in the torture chambers. I'm just worried about you..."

Carli sighed closing her eyes "its where he belongs..i have other things to think about. Like this little chap"she smiled a little putting a hand on her stomach.

He wraps his arms around her. "I know you do, but I'm the one executing him."

Carli didnt seem surprised "Well...it deoends on how you feel about killing someone? Is it your first?"

"No. It hits home closer then the others though." He nibbles her neck, kissing it softly. Holding her back against his chest, he rests his hands on her stomach, rubbing small circles. He watches out the window for a few seconds before burying his face against her hair.

Carli clowed her eyes when he nibbled her neck and exhaled a little. She nuzzled his neck lovingly "Well..i just hope that...you dont think i dont love you because of this....He should not of done what he did "she smiled when he touched her stomach she leaned in on him.

He groans softly when his pager goes off. Kissing her temple, he pulls away. "I have to go. I'll be back soon." He says, getting it out and answering.

Carli sighed as she watched him go. She got abowl of strawberries and satdown asshe beganto eat.

Coming bak a few hours later he falls beside her on the couch, sighing. "I hate working" he sighs.

Carli ran her fingersthrough his hair "Don't worry..Surely when our Prince is born you wont have to work for a few days at least"She said quietly genty utting a strawberry into his mouth.

He smiles, biting into it. He eats it, thoughtfully. Kissing her neck softly he closes his eyes and slowly falls into a light slumber.

Carli was now 7 months pregnant. She had the scan a few months already and found out they were actually going to have a girl. So she was busy with her hair tied up in a lose bun and some stetchy old maternity clothes on. Painting the nursery even though she was in slight pain from her ankles.
