    Adrian blinked in surprise at Ashlee, his head slightly tilting, nodding to the song that Ashlee played. When she finished, he smiled over at her and chuckled in his soothing way. He stood from the piano, walking over to her and slowly wrapping his arms around her waist, leaning down to bump their foreheads together. "You're...just so perfect, do you know that?" He meant no joke behind what he said, and his eyes basically radiated care for Ashlee. He squinted slightly, his feet slightly shuffling on the floor. He was about to say something else but his stomach suddenly made a soft noise, and he blushed slightly. "S-sorry, hahah. We did skip out on lunch."

    Ashlee smiled softly as she pecked his lips when he placed their foreheads together. She was fully contented with the situation now, she didn't want anything to change. She raised an eyebrow at his growling stomach and she let out a soft laugh. "Come on big boy, let's go to the kitchen to make lunch." She said as she tugged on his hand and smiled up at him. She then turned around and walked off to where the kitchen is. "You can digest human food right?"

    Adrian let out a low chuckle as Ashlee lead him along towards the kitchen, and he nodded his head a little. "I can..." He slightly frowned, tilting his head as he pulled Ashlee closer while they walked. "Blood is more, for keeping us healthy...to, allow us our abilities and stuff. We can basically blind in without ever drinking it." He slowly frowned even more, letting out a sigh. He didn't want to add into that that vampires couldn't control their urges around blood. The very scent or sight of it drives any of them wild. He looked at Ashlee with another bright smile, trying to cover his discomfort over that. "I don't want to eat your house out of food! Hahah, I'd be fine."

    Ashlee chuckled softly as she shook her head. "No! You're the one with a growling with a stomach. I'm not going to let you starve!" She exclaimed firmly as she began making lunch. "Is Spaghetti alright with you?" She asked as she placed the noodle strands inside the big pot of water. She then turned on the radio and her face brightened when her favourite band came up. She mouthed along to the song and shook her hips to the chorus as she danced around the kitchen.

    Adrian thought about it playfully for a moment, then nodded his head with a shrug. "Alright, yeah. Though I'm very picky about my pasta." He giggled again before taking a seat at the kitchen table, watching Ashlee curiously as she begun to dance, and his face blushed over how cute he seemed. His face all brightened up again at the way she moved. He would have joined her if not over the idea of how embarrassed he'd be, though he tapped his foot and nodded his head along with the beat, letting Ashlee have her fun. His whole mood had been changed to extremely happy over just the little while they'd spent together.

    Ashlee blinked as she smiled brightly when she heard him rapping to the beat. "I have no shame whatsoever." She said as she winked at her boyfriend before she hummed along with the song. An hour later, Ashlee placed a plate of nice hot spaghetti in front of him. She pecked his cheek as she placed a smaller serving in front of her. She had been taught proper manners etiquette and she always let the person she's serving to eat first. "So...? Is it alright? Is it too salty?" She asked worried that she had accidentally poisoned the food.

    Adrian blushed softly and nodded his head at her, agreeing full well. He waited around, having fun with Ashlee simply by being near her while she cooked for him. That was such an odd feeling for Adrian, having someone willing to cook for him, spend time around him, simply just...be with him. He continued to become more bright, more open all throughout that hour. Eventually, when the food was finally done he looked down at it a hungry grumble, wasting no time at all to dig into. When he heard Ashlee's questions, he blinked at her, chewing his food silently and then swallowing it. "It's...," He giggled under his breath, leaning slightly on the table. "Perfect, a lot like you." He winked at her, looking back down as he kept eating. His whole mindset had changed throughout their evening together.

    Ashlee let out a relieved breath of air as she heard his reply. Soon, her cheeks became red as she heard his reply. "Cheeseball." She mumbled as she looked down. She ate her spaghetti and smiled when the flavours swam into her tastebuds. She then looked up at Adrian and smiled how he slowly managed to break his shell and be more happier with her. "You are the world's most cheesiest vampire I have ever known." She said as she leant over and pecked his lips.

    Adrian blushed lightly at being called the cheesiest vampire in the world, though he let out a soft chuckle and shook his head. "Silly, I'm the only vampire you've ever known." He slowly reached his hand across the table, taking Ashlee's into his. His eyes were slightly saddened. In Adrian's mind a few things played out, nothing he was willing to share though. He slowly let out a soft huff, and whispered over at Ashlee. "You're just...you're totally..." He smiled a little again, looking at her with something a little more than just light compassion. "Stunning. Beautiful. Adorable," He slowly leaned closer to her, his face inches from hers as he wrapped his arms around her as best he could from where he was sitting. "Most importantly, you're mine."

    Ashlee blinked as she saw the sadness in his eyes and she grew worried. "Adrian...?" She mumbled softly as she squeezed his hand back. With every word that Adrian said, her blush gets redder and redder. She moved away from his arms as she stood up and sat down on her boyfriend's lap. She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled widely at him. "You mean everything to me too... How you managed to brighten up the dark and wash away the clouds. I... I will stay by your side and I... I love you so much Adrian." She said softy before she kissed him lovingly.

    Adrian's face turned red. Ashlee loved him? That was... He felt her lips against his, her body close to his. He felt his eyes closing on him, basically against his will. His arms started to move around Ashlee, kissing her back as much as he could. He slowly felt himself feeling afraid. He pulled away from Ashlee slightly, looking at her with a bit of a gleam in his eyes. He was scared of something. "I..I love you to Ashlee." He couldn't stop himself from saying it. He wanted to say it. He slowly kissed her again, one hand running through her hair, the other holding her close from her waist. Every fiber of his being told him he shouldn't be getting this close. That he shouldn't be letting things get out of hand. But he didn't care, because he did love Ashlee.

    Ashlee blinked as she heard him say the three words back and her heart exploded with joy. She smiled softly as she closed her eyes too, losing herself in all three of Adrian's warmth, kiss and arms. She moved her hands from his neck up to his hair when she moulted her hands inside of them, messing it up. She smiled against his lips as she pulled back due to the oxygen she needs. Her eyes were big, wide and innocent. "Thank you Adrian... For everything..." She mumbled softly.

    Adrian blinked at Ashlee, softly his hands held her waist, keeping her close as he felt his heart thundering. His face was red. He had no smile, but he didn't need one. He had a look of surprise and delight. His frown coming up to a small grin eventually. "Hahah, there's nothing to thank me for. I should, be doing that for you, Mrs. Goody goody." He slowly began to get back to his thoughts, and his fears quickly followed. He gave Ashlee a small pout, slowly standing from the chair, still holding her, this time in a bridal manor. Without a word he carried her towards the front door, only setting her down once he got there. He ran his hand across her face and smiled again, pressing his lips to her forehead. "Ashlee, I should go... I can't stay here and keep stealing your time." He looked slightly off to the side. "But... Hahah....I need you to make me leave. Or, I don't think I can." He smiled at her again, his eyes dancing about playfully against the setting sunlight coming through the window.

    Ashlee was only momentarily scared when she saw him frown. She thought she had scared him off with her commitment to him and only forced him to say it back. She was elated to find that he was grinning at her. She let out a soft surprised Yelp when he carried her bridal style but snuggled up to him nevertheless. She then felt herself being put down and a small pout made its way to her lips. As much as she will miss him after he's gone, it is getting pretty late. Standing on her toes, she kissed Adrian once more for a little while before she step back. "Go home Adrian." She said as she squeezed his hand lovingly.

    Adrian kissed her back for the few extra moments he could, then smiled down at her, nodding his head with a smile. "At your command, my love." He ruffled her hair for a short moment, then smiled as he opened her door, taking a step out, finding it to be the hardest thing in the world to let go of her hand. He did though, almost feeling like he was leaving a piece of himself behind with her. He didn't look back, if only because he knew if he did, he'd go running right back into her arms. He got into his car, smiling at his hands on the wheel for a short while before finally pulling away to take himself home. His mind was fuzzy all the way towards his house, the sky slowly darkened on the semi-long trip. He couldn't keep his mind straight, his head was all full of the thoughts of Ashlee. The things he wanted to say to her, the things he'd do for her. It all snapped him back to reality when he just barely had a second to hear the car horn, getting jerked hard as another vehicle he had failed to notice slam into the side of his car. Adrian let out a small cry as pieces of his windshield flew towards him, cutting up his face lightly and hitting him in his eyes. He blacked out after that.


    It was late into the night by this point, close to two in the morning. A sharp banging knock hit on Ashlee's home door, a soft yell coming from outside from what sounded like a female voice. "Hello!? Is anyone home!?"

    Ashlee's eyes flew opened and she was easily awake. She furrowed her eyebrows as she rubbed her sky blue eyes. She then put her glasses on as she was too tired to put on her contacts. Chances are that she'll poke her eyes trying to put on them. Scrambling to the front door, she ignored the ominous feeling about the dark and the door. She opened the door and was surprised to find a female in front of her. Praying that this lady wasn't one of Ashton's one night stands. "Yes...? How can I help you?" She asked as she pulled on her rice and wrapped it around her thin and dainty body. Adrian'll chew her out if she doesn't wear a robe, it was unusually cold tonight.

    The woman looked at Ashlee with a very clear show of nervousness and unease. Her hair was barely done up, her eye makeup running down her face. She was clearly sniffling, her teeth showing, little fangs in her mouth... "A-are you Ashlee!?" Her voice was such an odd mixture, anger, fear, depression, and other such emotions. She blinked once or twice, wiping at her eyes as she tried to pull herself back together. Her voice was barely above a whisper. "Listen, sweetie. Are you're parents home?"
