    [ ic: Nasus had taken his place on the balcony once more, his eyes dim as he examined the desert beyond the walls. He supposed it was high time that he got this meeting out of the way, considering that they were supposed to be weekly and he hadn't had one in a bit longer than seven days. No matter - it wasn't his fault that his RPer sucked majour butts. "Gather!" He barked.


    "It's high time that we start to venture further than the walls. Our names must be known, written in history forever. I want raids, skirmishes, territories stolen, etc. Do it in the name of the Loa - make them proud of the Horde once more, for they feed on such energy. Strike fear into their hearts, my comrades, and ensure that we are remembered for many years to come.


    "Betelgeuse has stepped down, and thus a new War Chief is needed for the Horde. I have thought on the choices laid out before me - of which I was in short supply, for one of such positions must have especially proven themselves to me - and have come to a decision. I have chosen Nivata to take on the title of War Chief, and I do so hope that she does not disappoint. You all will show her respect, and it is highly recommended that you attend her ceremony when Shax and I have it prepared.


    Speaking of Shax, it has come to my attention that, when given her position as Shaman once more, it left a void place in who our Witch Doctor was. That being said, I would like to announce that Shax will be turning to the Loa in order to seek visage of her successor. I would keep that in mind in the coming days, comrades."


    Nasus paused for a moment, supposing that the others would need time to process what he had said upon gathering. "Do not forget that Halloween is coming soon. Not only that, but with All Hallows Eve, as it is called outside of our walls, is the Festival of the Dead. Such a tradition will be respected, as it is a time to celebrate the lives of our fallen.


    "Because of this, and in accordance with the mundane holiday of Halloween, there will be a celebration. Starting on All Hallows Eve, there will be a number of events in which you can earn badges. The main event will be a costume party held in the market area, and the three best costumes will earn a seperate badge from the party's own. There will also be a haunted maze within the tunnels - but do not worry for the security of the pyramid, for these are tunnels specifically dug to lead away from our home. Our safety is in no risk, and a badge is offered to those who make it out without assistance. Ghost stories will be told at the oasis and special sacrifices will be made as well. Each will gain a badge as well.


    "Our allies will be attending, which means that you are all to act with dignity. There will be no shaming of the Horde during this event, for it is a time of celebration and remembrance."

His ice blue gaze set on the leader as he sat down and awaited the announcements. Just as he sat down Nasus began to speak. Nivia was becoming the war chief? Kat gave a chuckle, well this would be interesting. He was interested in what their first move would be in war. He knew that had to be more undersided battle. Seeing how the clan was still building. There was a need for more members. There was no lie there.


    New position? Katastre twitched his wiskers, eyes narrowing as he gave a closer glance at their chief. Trying to find any more information on the new open rank. He was interested, to become a witch doctor would be amazing. He might have felt welcome to his clan finally. He has been looking for a way to prove himself. Seeing how a *ing sibling of his has carried out his kill.


    Katastre didn't speak his interest yet, for Shax was to discuss it with Loa to find another. It was up to fate. He just hoped that the god knew his potential, and would consider him in the slight bit. He would bring up with their chief later, but that was afterwards.

    merii listened intently to the announcements, nodding his head slightly as he understood. he would have to do better...although, his roleplayer had also been quite busy. making two more characters was not a good idea, but it was still fun and hard not to make another. other than that, though, merii would try to do stuff. he was pretty sad that betel had stepped down, but brightened up once again at nivata's promotion. she was a high position in two groups. impressive. That had never happened in Darkclan. "Thank you, I'll try not to disappoint,"she replied with a soft chuckle, glancing at the others before focusing on Nasus. Hm, actually, it could be quite fun. Combat was one thing she was good at, if not necessarily politics... Now, who to pick a fight with?     chocco; really? I'm sorry - I was just looking over the guide and it said Iridescence was the only WD... I'm still a bit out of the loop on Bean's promotions. I see no problem with there being two, though?


    [ ic: "For those who are unaware," Nasus hummed after watching for crowd reactions. "The War Chief is an elite officer in charge of the Secret Police. They are in charge of keeping track of events, raids, and any other important affairs going on. Nivata, you will have the job of training your comrades in fighting - all of the Horde, not just the Secret Police. You are also welcome to invite others into your select militia, though I'd suggest talking it over with me."


    The Secret Police, for new members, are those directly in charge of keeping the Horde safe. Those warriors who are not only active, but respectful to members and allies alike, are who get selected for such positions. They are the main enforcers of the law under the War Chief, and are allowed the privilege of punishing those who go against the higher positions - even if they are one themselves. They are, of course, not free of such punishments. They are the main event holders, and provide information and/or ideas to the War Chief about them. You are allowed to select five members, Nivata, though there's no rush to do so just yet."


    And the Witch Doctor... They will be Shax's apprentice, of sorts. You will learn the path to becoming spiritually enlightened, as Shax is, in order to form the bridge between the Loa's world and our own, or to become a full healer. Upon your enlightenment, they will be allowed to begin training to become a Shaman. Until then, they are our healers - though small blessings may be preformed if necessary. This includes blessing a child upon birth or blessings before a battle. They are a semi-high position, just as the Secret Police, and are to be treated with the utmost respect. "


    Nasus paused, sighing lightly. "Any questions?"

    Ahh, Shax almost forgot about the whole Witch Doctor deal. Sure, she had seen Grenadepaw around, but she had really only ever been a mentor to Nemo. Well, that needed to change if she would keep up her duty as Shaman, that was for sure. And, although Nasus still seemed rather angry in general, at least he could still hold a meeting with some amount of respect for the rest of those of age, mortals or not. Which was a good thing, really.


    "Correct, as usual." Sated Shax as she made her way over to the meeting, fashionably late. She didn't know if the 'as usual' bit was necessary, but it just kinda came out so she was going to roll with it. "Although I do not plan on departing to the spiritual realm anytime soon, things do happen without warning and for the Horde to be without a shaman for any amount of time could be catastrophic."
