Apologize if this already has been done, or in wrong place!
Basically, you post one of your characters(OCS) you want the person below you to draw! Make sure you leave couple instead of only one to let the artist to have a choice in case one of them is too hard for them to do.
RULES:
1) No NSFW or lots of gore
2) You CAN 'reserve' to have time to draw the character, however, you are not allowed to reserve and not draw at all. It's rude!
3) Do not get mad or upset if the artist below you doesn't draw too well. Be polite and thank them for sparing few minutes to draw your character!
4) If you are going to comment on the art, or thank them, or anything, please say 'SKIP ME' at the end so artist won't misunderstand.
5) It doesn't have to be Van Gogh, it can be a simple scribble! Don't stress yourself!
6) Again, don't be rude! It's called practice and for fun, not a commission!
It is simple, all you have to do is 'reserve' then add links to couple of OCs under it for the person below you. If you want to draw the person above you's OC but don't have time, you can inform them something like 'I won't have time until tomorrow' or something along these lines. However you can only have one day limit, you can't say 'I can't draw until next week', if that's the case then don't reserve at all until you are ready to draw.

EDITED: Before anyone assume that I'm doing this to get art for myself, no. I have a tablet and I'm eager to draw anyone's characters, so I'll pop by to reserve and draw couple of times!
