Ashpaw needs a mentor!!!

    "I'm coming Ashpaw!" Pinepaw meowed louldy. Then Appleshadow was sitting on a log that went from one of the river to the other. "Don't swim against it!" Appleshadow meowed. Then Pinepaw helped Ashpaw on to the log, "That was close." The Pinepaw meowed, "You two had me worried the water was deeper then I thought, you two will get your warrior names as soon as we reach the other camp and you two will stay there in tell you get older." Appleshadow meowed. Then Whiteblossem ran up to the three cats, " Is everyone okay?" The worried she-cat meowed.

    "I love you to Ashpaw." Pinepaw meowed the licked Ashpaw's ear. Then the four cats headed towards the camp. Then Appleshadow showed them to a small cave, "This is where you two will sleep.If you here battle cry at night run through the back of the cave and up a tree and stay there in tell I say its safe." Appleshadow
    meowed. "Do you want to sleep by me?" Pinepaw meowed.

    " I'de love to Pinepaw!" she mewed tiredly. Then yawned, " In the mourning lets go hunting." then she rested her head on pinepaw's paw and drifted to sleep.

    Then mouring came "Come Ashpaw lets go hunting." Pinepaw meowed. Then Appleshadow came into the cave "Ashpaw your name is now Ashpool and Pinepaw your name is now Pinefur." Appleshadow meowed then walked out of the cave, "Oh I almost forgot Ashpool do you want to teach you to catch a fish?" Pinefur meowed.

    "Sure what is it?" Pinefur meowed, "Wait you want to have kits don't you well so do I!" Pinefur meowed.

    " Okay so how do you do this? Do you put your paw in and wait for a fish to come then quickly grab it?" She asked Pinefur lovingly, then leaned over and licked his head. " Oh Pinefur I want to be with you forever and have kits!" she mewed with a smile.

    "I do too, but to fish you just wait for the fish to come to you then grab it like this." Pinefur waited a while for a fish to come then grabed it, " You want to share it?" He meowed.

    " Just let me try first... Oh this is easy!" She scooped out a fish. " Here Appleshadow have one!" she mewed then took a bite out of a fish and said " Slimey but really good!" she then took the fish to a dry spot and called Pinefur over to join her. " Hey Pinefur are we going to attack Appleshadows mate? What if You or I gets hurt! then what about the kits?" She wailed.

    A cat screamed, "Ashpool head for the trees quick the dogs are coming!" Then they both ran up a tree and could do nothing but, watch the dogs take prey and destoy dens Appleshadow pounced on one of the dogs then bit his ear and ripped it apart another warrior pounced on other dog's head skraching his face whitebloosem ran up the same tree Pinefur and Ashpool where in with a tiny white kit in her mouth, "Come on you to head for the river we don't have much time!"

    " Let me carry that kit i'm really fast I can swim across the river and put it in my secret den it's hidden under ground and theres tunnels everywhere!" She mewed. " Come on!" She jumped out and swam across the river in a short time. " This way, under those brambles!" she directed them.

    Whitebloosem jumped in the river and followed Ashpool but, Pinefur went back to camp "I have got to save the other kit!" He yelled. Then headed back to camp.

    " Okay, but use the back tunnel!" she cried. " Please be careful." and licked his ear. " I'll take this one somewhere safe!" she added.

    When he entered the camp he saw two dogs and cats everywhere none where injured but, one she-cat was dead. Then pine went into the nursey and there where two black kits he knew these where Whiteblossem's kits they where Blackroses who died in the fight. Then Whitefur came in,"Pinefur I got this kit." Whitefur took a kit and ran out the den. Then Pinefur grabbed the last one and ran out the nursey and didn't stop tell he came back to Ashpool.

    Redwing ran through the tunnels as fast as she could. she entered the clearing with six dens. She went to the one with a nice nursery shape and put the little kit down. " I'll be back!" she told the kit and went to go get some moss. she saw a mouse so she caught it quickly and grabbed the moss and brought it back to the den she laid out the moss to make a nest here little kit. She handed the mouse to the kit, the kit ate it quickly. " Want more?" the kit nodded... She brought back a fish and a vole they shared the prey and laid down to have a nap.

    Then Pinefur entered the den and put the black kit down, "Where is Whitefur and the another kit." Then Appleshadow came into the den with his tiny brown kit," A dog grabbed Whitefur and his kit is gone to." Appleshadow meowed.

    Redwing woke with a fright. " Pinefur, your back!" She mewed, then licked his ear. " Does this kit have a name? If it doesnt I think Snowkit would be nice." she added. " Pinefur I need to talk to you..." she mewed. " I'm expecting kits!" she mewed...
