Yeah, that was about right. She'd done one in the Rift, BloodClan, and now here. And each time it was kind of pathetic, really. Nobody ever bothered to show up. Sure, there was the occasional super nice, sympathetic or empathetic person that would ask who she was and maybe try and start a conversation. Maybe -- if she was lucky. Hopefully the Blizzardclanners were a little more open.

Auden wondered if that sounded bitter. She didn't mean to be, of course. Unfortunately, it probably came off that way. Nobody seemed to notice that her paw was broken, or she had cuts and bruises all over. That was cool, though. She'd found an npc to help bandage the cuts, and put a cast around her broken paw. Now she had bandages around both forelegs, her midsection, and her back left leg. Sucked to be hurt, because everything was goddamn sore.

"Meet and greet!" Auden called out.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=; width: 350px;] And she'd be right, BlizzardClanners were pretty open and friendly people. She honestly liked meeting new people, if she didn't mess it up, she could make a new friend.

"Ah, I'm Lostboy. N-Nice to meet you." She thought for a moment. "W-What's your name... How are you like BC?" BC? Why did she say that.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px;width:450px;text-align:left;line-height:110%;font-family:gerogia;font-size:18px;letter-spacing:10px;]Classiclanterns.[/fancypost][fancypost borderwidth=0px;text-align:justify;line-height:110%;font-size:12.5px;font-family:georgia;width:440px;margin-top:-10px;]BC? Classicpaw wanted to question who that was. However, not knowing either of his clanmates that well, the classic-patterned tabby held his tongue. Instead, with a wide grin, the trainee settled down beside Auden. His white teeth were bright as he smiled. "Nice to meet you! Name's Classicpaw." His eyes failed to take notice of the bandaged that encased the femme until he gazed down. His smile fell, replaed with a heavy frown. "How did you manage to get hurt like this?"

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 300px; height: auto;]
"Hi, I'm Mary..." the feline murmured, her voice faltering when she saw the bandages. "Do... do you need any help?" she asked. Sure, they were already bandaged and everything, but Mary could change the bandages for her sometime.

Tama would approach, fictional brows creasing slightly as concern grew evident in her expression. She wasn't going to bombard her with questions, but she really.. She really hoped that she was alright. "A-Are things o-okay?" The head paladin hoped that nothing was seriously agonising - if so.. Well.. Arcade was on momentary leave, to sort out things. But they could always consult Drift? And Mary was a former medic as well.[/fancypost]

Padding over with a light smile, the male took his place beside Lostboy as he chimed, "I'm Momo, nice to meet you!" He really should be getting to know more of his Clanmates again. His recent inactivity around the Clan had led to falling behind on knowing people again. Oh beetles, he didn't even want to think about how many potential friends he'd missed out on in that time.

[sub]Without really thinking about it, the jaguar slid forth and took a seat beside Classic, elbowing his friend in a silent greeting. Blinking upwards, he smiled in Auden's direction, violet orbs instantly glowering with worry as he considered her wounds. "You okay?" he asked subconsciously, offering a hesitant smile, hoping he hadn't offended her. "I'm Chasingbutterflies, but I go by Chase.."[/fancypost]

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid white; width: 500px; text-align: justify; height: auto; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 137%; margin-top: -5px; letter-spacing: .3px]Auden flicked an olive green gaze towards the female who approached first. And, admittedly, her first thought was: isn't that a boy's name? 'Lostboy' did sound rather masculine, but maybe it was one of those names that could serve as a male and female name. Auden had that name, so she decided not to judge too harshly. Nodding to the paladin, the wolf sat back on her haunches. "Auden Pendragon." She introduced herself. People recognized her dad's last name, right? (Actually, people would probably notice more than several of her last names.) At Lostboy's next question, Auden frowned. "What?"

Then her attention was stolen by someone else, who looked older than her. She wasn't sure by how much, but apparently he was an apprentice, judging by the suffix of 'paw on the end of his name. Auden was more of a 'single' name fan, but she didn't hold anything against people without a single name, either. "Auden, if you didn't catch it earlier. Nice to meet you, Classicpaw." Classic. Even with a double name, that first part rolled right off her tongue, making her want to repeat it over and over until someone told her to shut up. Not that she'd listen, but still. Flicking an ear as he asked after her injuries, the canine shrugged. "It's what happens when you're small for your age, and traveling alone for weeks." That, and not really knowing how to fight. She was thirty-two pounds of auburn fur, and her only defense was sarcasm. Kind of pathetic.

"That's a pretty name," She complimented Mary. dreamie was prancing around her room, evidently pleased that she'd finally met a character with her name. Nevertheless, Auden liked the name, too. She refrained from repeating her own name, as she'd hoped the paladin trainee had already caught that bit of information. As Mary asked if she needed help, the girl shrugged. "I don't right now, but I'll come to you in the future to get them checked, if that's alright with you." She replied, pushing her glasses up on her nose.

Glancing at Tama, Auden smiled. It was a rather mischievous smile that should've sent out a warning to never let her near fire or anything sharp. But those things were inevitable in Auden's world -- she'd find them one way or another. Anyway, she found it really comforting that everybody seemed genuinely concerned for her physical wellbeing, even though they hardly knew her. "Things are much better now." She told Tama. "Thanks."

Momo? Now, wasn't that a fun name. As her teasing smirk refused to leave her maw, Auden tilted her head. "Cool name. Doesn't it mean peaches in Japanese?" She wondered aloud. It was a rather random comment, but she was sure she'd heard it somewhere. But Momo seemed like a very excitable guy -- someone who had that kind of 'light-up-the-room' personality. Auden wondered if his friendliness would end up becoming annoying or endearing -- probably a mixture of both, to be honest.

Watching Chase through dark green optics, she considered his hesitant attitude and the accessories he carried. Honestly, Auden had always wanted to learn guitar, but the fact that he had one and carried it around? That was beyond cool for her. Snapping out of her quiet daze (no surprise -- she zoned out all the time), she found herself only half-heartedly listening to him. She really wanted him to teach her how to play. "Huh? Oh, I'm fine. They don't hurt that much." Auden replied, a bit late in terms of timing. Pointing to the guitar, she flicked an ear. "Do you play?" She asked.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=; width: 350px;] Lostboy's worried look grew, covering her mouth in embarrassment as she leaned against Momo. She knew that was a bad idea, since when was she supposed to use words like that? "I-um... I meant BlizzardClan. How are you liking... BlizzardClan." She said, wishing she could rewind time and fix what she had said, she didn't have that power.

"Looks painful." Yeah, yeah - captain obvious or whatever. But what else was there to say? Besides the usual, you know, welcome to BlizzardClan, name and business, et cetera. But that had already been addressed.

"I'm Orionpup... Orion, pretty much anything's fine with me. Nice to meet you, Auden." He gave a brief smile and shuffled his paws, not awkwardly, just... something to do.

Still though, he managed not to flicker into invisibility, but only just. Giving Auden a shaky smile, he bobbed his head up and down. The red fox seemed strangely delighted that she knew his name's meaning in Japanese. Nodding cheerfully, he informed her, "My whole name, Momotarou, means 'peach boy'~" There was something highly satisfying about his name's meaning being recognised, even if he didn't really focus on it much usually. Glancing at Lostboy as she leaned against him, he aimed to gently brush his tail against her in a comforting manner.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid white; width: 500px; text-align: justify; height: auto; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 137%; margin-top: -5px; letter-spacing: .3px]Auden flicked her ears as Lostboy corrected herself. "It's actually a really nice place. Y'all are really nice, and I appreciate that. Some people in some other places weren't exactly as welcoming." Ha, hear that southern 'y'all'? Yeah. Oops. Auden didn't have a southern drawl, but she tended to slur words together pretty often. "Though, it's pretty high up. Heights aren't really my thing -- but that's the only issue I have here." She added.

"Nah. I can't feel a thing." Her sarcastic response was tossed in the direction of Orionpup, who looked to be around her age. Her teasing grin melted into a more neutral look as he introduced himself. "Orion, huh? I'm Auden. You guys seem to have a bunch of symbolic names -- Momo, Orion." That wasn't a bad thing, though. She wasn't named after anything in particular, but everybody else -- lucky butts. Heck, Auden's sister was named Trash.

Moving her olive green gaze to Chase, the girl smiled at him. "See, that's cool. I can sing -- sort of -- but I can't play an instrument. I've always wanted to learn guitar." Auden told him. He looked a little nervous, in which she couldn't understand why. Auden herself was a little claustrophobic and needed her alone time, but she was generally okay in this type of environment. Besides, she wasn't that scary, right?

"See, you're lucky. My name is actually a boy's name -- but my mom thought it would be good for me, so, here I am. Auden actually means 'old friend,' but that's it. Anyway, I'm about as old as this Earth is young. Which is to say -- I'm not old at all." She told Momo.
