"Sounds sweet." Sonic grinned.
"Right..." Spirit nodded slowly, smiling a little.

Any nodded "choose a movie" she smiled and went to pop some popcorn
Shadow turned "I'll....um...see you around....I guess" he sighed wrapping his arms around himself. He walked off slowly

"Wh-- hey! I'm still coming with you," Spirit interjected, racing towards him.
"Hm..." Sonic looked at the choices, tapping his foot.

He looked at her "why? You have a family to go too...you don't need me.." He walked along, ears flat.
Amy walked over with a bowl of popcorn smirking

"But you need me." Spirit grabbed his arm. "And you're not walking out on me just like that."
"uh...do you have anything besides romance movies," Sonic asked, raising an eye ridge.

She grinned and grabbed some comedy movies and a horror movie "that's all I have beside those romance movies." She smirked
Shadow looked at her "I don't want to drag you down....you don't need to be in the position I'm in right now....I want what's best for you"

"Hm." Sonic pulled out one and handed it to Amy. "There you go."
"I don't care. I'm staying with you, whether you like it or not."

Amy smiled and popped it in and sat beside him. She sat the popcorn in between them smiling
Shadow smiled and hugged her. "Thanks...I'm going to go ask if I can bunk with sonic.." He walked around and headed to his house and knocked

There was no answer, as Sonic was over at Amy's house. Spirit's ears pricked.
Sonic took one and popped it in his mouth, grinning.

He sighed "I don't think he's home..." He sighed "great.." He walked away silently and looked at spirit.
Amy nommed the popcorn smiling

Spirit slowly reached out her hand and took Shadow's wrist, gently squeezing it in an effort to comfort him.
Sonic started to watch the movie, grinning.

He smiled softly and grabbed her hand gently. "Where do we go now...?" He sighed, his ears flattening.
Amy snickered and threw some popcorn at him

"Hey!" Sonic blocked most of them, raising an arm to deflect them. "What was that for?" He grinned.
"I know a place we can go," Spirit said. "Just follow me."

Any giggled and continued to throw her popcorn ammo.
Shadow nodded and walked beside her "where are we going exactly..?"

Sonic quickly opened his mouth and masterfully caught them, sealing their fates by shutting his mouth with a crunch.
"My brother's. He doesn't live at my parents'." Spirit said, looking over at Shadow. "He lives somewhere in the forest."

She giggled and watched "very nice!" She turned back to the movie and watched it.
Shadow nodded "that would protect us from eggman trying to find us too"

Sonic then exacted revenge by rapidly pelting kernels into Amy's hair.
Spirit nodded. "Exactly."

Amy began yelling and laughing for him to stop, holding her hands up defensively to stop the attack.
Shadow smiled and walked by her.

Chuckling, Sonic finally relented, sitting back against the couch easily. "That's what you get for popcorn attacking me."
Spirit felt Shadow's gaze on her fur and blushed a little, her tail wrapping around herself instinctively.
