Yeah, I'd have to say the Yuko and Zero ship was probably the best. Now, I haven't watched the anime yet but I have read most of the series.

I definitely recommend the anime... Also, I apologize if it disappoints you because I haven't read the series, so i don't know which is better, so yeah. But, I just want to kill both zero and yuki some times
