Quite a while ago he suggested an alliance party, but that was just before the humans began to evade the city, thus it was a bad time to start setting it up. It wouldn't exactly be good to have a party with your allies when there's the possibility of dangerous creatures crashing the party, correct? But he planned on setting it up again soon. But in the meantime, Icarus had another idea after recalling that WindClan had received gifts from a certain group who offered to entertain them.

    "Sup?" Edward chirped, traipsing over with a half grin. He settled down comfortably in front of Icarus, waiting for him to say his.. ideas or whatever.

"Quite some time ago a group had delivered gifts to us and told us they were willing to provide entertainment for us. Cirque du Nuit is what they were called, if I can recall correctly. I was wondering if we could invite them over for a show. Liven the place up a bit, mm? Plus it'd be a great opportunity to bond with them a bit." Icarus suggested to group. He hoped the offer was still valid. It was over a month ago they had made such an offer to them. Still, even if they couldn't amuse them, Icarus could still think of other things to entertain his beloved clan.


    "Oh, and as for the update, I shall start setting things up for the ally-wide party that I had suggested a while back. Back when I initially came up with the idea, it wouldn't have been a good idea to host the party seeing as we had that pest problem back in the city. But now that we're in a safer territory, I'll get right to it~" Phew, what a mouthful. It had been quite a while since the phantom had spoken this much. A few decades at least. He did want to possess someone sooner, but all the other bodies he had to choose from looked so disgusting. And when he did find an attractive enough body, it was just so weak. However, now that he had a suitable vessel, he was ready to socialize again.

    "I approve of the idea, and as Wing said, a Halloween theme seems fun," Shift said as she walked over. As far as Shift knew, deputies had the power to approve events, and this one sounded as though it would be a good idea, a way to get everyone's spirits up.

They'll be over in a few minutes. Kidding, kidding! I'll go ask them now though. And after the show is over I'll start to set up things for the party." Icarus said with a smile and a nod before quickly taking off to find this circus group. He wasn't sure how he would exactly make it Halloween themed though. Maybe the set-up and any attire could have a theme to it, and maybe some spooky tricks? He looked forward to seeing how they'd pull this off.
